Anti-drug social work is an important branch of social work in recent years.In April 2017,Shanghai education committee,NNCC office in Shanghai and Shanghai minors protection committee office jointly issued "Notice on the Key Work of Preventing Education in Primary,Secondary and High Schools in 2017." Which required anti-drug social workers actively participate in the anti-drug education work.This means that the anti-drug education was in a new position.This paper’s research mainly adopted the method of group work,by reference to a large number of literatures,the author found that not only is the anti-drug education abroad case and project since elementary school even in kindergarten,relevant policy of our country also requires to accept anti-drug education in grade 2 primary school students.Also,according to the data showed that in 2017 only in Shanghai Pudong New Area on drug addicts have 34 people under the age of 18 years,if according to conservative estimates,about more than 800 teenage drug addicts in Shanghai.Students are the future,whose minds are not fully developed.They will fall into the abyss if they are tempted.After considering the development stage of students’ personality,the authorthought that the most risk factors and the most appropriate courses for anti-drug education are the students of grade 4-5 of the primary school aged between 10 and 12.Relying on W street community drug detoxification and rehabilitation drug-related causes,anti-drug work related personnel work to master the situation of the possible drug-related students of three assumptions,namely type of venting pressure as a result of academic pressure drug-related,due to the ignorance and curiosity caused by ingestion of drug-related,and too much trust and rely on company blindly follow drug-related,questionnaire and on the basis of the design requirements.According to the demand assessment,the first hypothesis is not established,while the second and third hypothesis are confirmed to exist.Through a needs assessment data,in my internship in Shanghai to community service W street site leader’s support,in line with the voluntary principle called 12 pupil members with homogeneity,designed and carried out the anti-drug education group activities.Through targeted activities,students’ basic knowledge of drugs,as well as the skills and awareness of anti-virus and anti-virus,have been improved significantly,and the results of the team’s results have confirmed this point.But in the follow-up survey four months later,the author found that students did not have any further improvement despite the fact that they were able to maintain their activities well.For the group activities,the anti-drug education group was successful,which effectively improved the students’ knowledge of drug knowledge and enhanced their ability to understand and reject drugs.But for the ultimate goal of social work,the anti-drug education group is a failure,it has failed to carry out social work "win-win" concept,unable to help the students obtain the ability of self improvement.Integrated the author itself for reflection and summary of this drug control group,the author thinks that the anti-drug education group activities is anti-drug social work intervention in anti-drug education an attempt and practice is of great significance.Anti-drug social work intervention in anti-drug education is with the practicalcircumstances in our country,is also required by the national policy.How to expand the effectiveness of the intervention work and make up for these deficiencies,let the anti-drug social work to better serve them,in the service of anti-drug education,service to the society,how to do a good job on the basis of existing,open up a new position,the author puts forward the suggestion and countermeasures for the following 3 points: First is to improve the anti-drug education group curriculum.The second is to enter the campus with project,design and carry out long-term group courses.Third is to take anti-drug social workers as the core,building a comprehensive off-campus tour guide team.
