| Objective: To compare the effects of KAATSU training with high and low intensity resistance training on the hiking performance of sailing laser class athletes. Methods: By using the method of literature, the factors influencing the hiking performance of sailing laser class athletes were analyzed, and the main research directions and test indexes were determined.Experimental method was used to conduct experimental research.Twenty-one sailing laser athletes were selected as subjects and randomly divided into KAATSU training group(KT),high-intensity resistance training group(HI-RT)and low-intensity resistance training group(LI-RT),with 7 participants in each group. The experiment was conducted twice a week for a total of 8 weeks. Before and after the experiment, the squat maximum strength test(1RM),quadriceps extensor knee peak moment test, quadriceps isometric maximum voluntary contraction(MVC)test, quadriceps fatigue test and simulated hiking time test were conducted. The experimental data were analyzed by mathematical statistics. Results :(1)In the KAATSU training group(KT),there were significant differences compared with the low-intensity resistance training group(HI-RT)in terms of the maximum squat strength and the peak knee extension torque of quadriceps, the peak moment of iso-length maximum voluntary contraction(MVC),the ability to resist fatigue of the quadriceps and simulated hiking of the test time(P < 0.05).(2)8 weeks of KAATSU training(KT)and high-intensity resistance training(HIRT)significantly increased the maximum squat strength and the peak knee extension torque of quadriceps of sailing laser athletes, and there was no significant difference in the test indexes before and after the two training methods(P >0.05).(3)After 8 weeks of compression strength training(KT)and high strength resistance training(HI-RT),sailing laser athletes isometric quadriceps maximum voluntary contraction of the quadriceps muscle and peak torque(MVC),the ability to resist fatigue and simulated hiking of the test time has improved significantly, but the compression strength index test before and after training group(KT)is significantly higher than high strength of resistance training(HI-RT)(P<0.05).Conclusion :(1)Both KAATSU training and high intensity resistance training have good effects on the maximum strength of quadriceps muscle in sailing laser class athletes.low intensity resistance training had no significant effect on maximum strength gain.It indicates that the KAATSU training can be used as a new training method to improve the strength quality and hiking performance of sailing laser athletes.(2)Compared with high-intensity and low-intensity resistance training,KAATSU training can not only improve the maximum strength of athletes, but also increase the maximum voluntary contraction peak of quadriceps muscle isometric,anti-fatigue ability and the time of simulated hiking test, which is of great significance to improve the pressure side performance of sailing laser class athletes. |
