Study On Skill Training And Assessment Of Yachting Club In Xiamen City

This study adopts the method of document data,expert interview method,field investigation method,logical analysis method and questionnaire survey method to study the training system of yacht club practitioners in xiamen city.Basic situation investigation the xiamen club practitioners and practitioners training situation,age,culture level,salary,the holder,water situation,training experience,training,training content,its theory of satisfaction,their satisfaction in field technology.Found sailing training in xiamen safe driving is the main problem that technical specifications,ship management,maritime emergency problem,man overboard,responding to natural disasters problem,training problem,analyzes the cause of the problem.This paper discusses the guiding ideology and training objectives of the training system,establishes the training principle and probes into the training contents.The theoretical examination questions and practical technical examination were developed,and the assessment standards and methods were developed.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The basic situation of practitioners is:low level of education,short working years,low wage income,poor water performance,and low certification.2.The survey shows that 87%of people believe that training is important and that only 14%of those who have relevant training experience must strengthen training.According to the satisfaction of the theory,the satisfaction is only 7%,and the practical technical satisfaction is 24%,indicating the lack of theoretical teaching.In terms of training content,only 36 percent of safe navigation training,28 percent of vessel management technology,53 percent of Marine life saving technology and 35 percent of maritime emergency measures are required,which means that the above training needs to be strengthened.3.the guiding ideology is:the implementation of the maritime traffic safety law of the People's Republic of China,regulations on the administration of the law of the People's Republic of China on the crew,"the xiamen maritime traffic safety law" and other laws and regulations and the relevant requirements,closely around the club work deployment,in order to eliminate safety concerns as the main body in the training,realize the sailboat training work standardization,institutionalization and scientific management.4.training target is:can according to the yacht industry standardization of operation and development needs,meet the sailing experience of incremental demand,improve the level of sailing practitioners theory and field technology of primary(sailor),intermediate(captain),senior(coach),make its have the specification,safe navigation and driving quality service ability of comprehensive applied talents.5.Basic principles:practical,scientific,comprehensive,advanced and developmental.6.Training contents:basic theoretical knowledge of sailing ships,practical driving skills of sailboats,technical specifications for safe driving,natural disasters,water loss of ships,emergency measures at sea,etc.7.Assessment content:assessment theory and practical operation are divided into three levels:primary,intermediate and advanced.Theoretical assessment:primary:sailing history,sailing principles,sailing structure,etc.Intermediate:channel identification,anchor use,sail level,etc.Advanced:maritime emergency,vessel management,typhoon anti-typhoon.Practice assessment:primary:lifting sail,to welcome the wind,to meet the wind,to turn the wind,the wind to the wind.Intermediate:there is no power to berthing,stop the ship,people fall into water to rescue,the rules of preventing collisions at sea.Advanced:troubleshooting,emergency handling,reception process,attractions explanation,vessel management.8.Assessment criteria and certification:the theoretical test scores are 100 points,and more than 60 are qualified.The total score of practical exercises is 100,and above 80 is qualified.Both practical and theoretical examinations can be certified by corresponding sailors,captains and coaches.
