| The men’s long jump is an important track and field sport in recent years in China.The essence of this sport belongs to the fast strength item of the physical ability leading type,with speed,strength and special explosive force as the key items and carry on the relevant training.However,based on the general deviation of the flexibility and coordination quality of male athletes,the typical quality characteristics of the long jump and the development requirements of high-speed and high-intensity performance,its training mode will,to a certain extent,cause the gradual degeneration of the core and lower limb muscles,Achilles Tendon Elasticity and joint flexibility,and affect the development of the long jumper and other physical qualities,it is disadvantageous for athletes to increase the distance of muscle exertion and improve the degree of technical completion.Good flexibility can also promote the body’s blood circulation,reduce muscle viscosity,prevent muscle spasms and strains during exercise,reduce the body muscle soreness after exercise,eliminate fatigue and restore body energy,therefore,it is necessary to improve the flexibility of men’s long jumper.Objective: to test whether the effect of PNF stretching on improving the flexibility of long jump is more obvious than that of conventional stretching method through 8 weeks of comparative training,what are the advantages of PNF stretching in improving the flexibility quality of long jump,improving the flexibility quality of male long jump students,improving the long jump technique,reducing the special injury;Through the experiment for sports workers to find more effective flexibility training methods for long jump skills to provide practical support.Research significance: at present,the application and promotion of PNF in the field of sports are gradually extensive,but the theoretical cognition of the application of PNF in men’s long jump training is still lacking.According to the theoretical basis of PNF and the special characteristics of men’s long jump,this experiment will summarize the systematic and scientific training methods of men’s long jump flexibility under PNF stretching mode.The main research methods: This paper mainly through the literature,expert interviews,measurement and evaluation,comparative analysis,experimental and Mathematical statistics.Conclusion:(1)The routine flexibility training stretching mode and PNF stretching mode have certain effect on improving the flexibility quality of the male students’ long jump trunk in physical education colleges.The specific change now improves the angle range of side flexion and back extension of the left and right sides of the trunk of the male long jumpers before and after the experiment.(2)The conventional flexibility training stretching mode and PNF stretching mode have certain effect on the improvement of the flexibility quality of the hip joint of male students in physical education colleges and universities.The specific performance is to improve the range of straight leg forward bending,straight leg backward stretching and body forward bending movement angles of the legs of male long jumpers before and after the experiment.(3)Through the comparison of experimental data,it can be concluded that PNF stretching mode has the best effect on improving the flexibility of trunk and hip joint of male students in physical education colleges,especially the straight leg forward bending effect of trunk back stretching and hip joint legs. |
