| Flexibility plays an indispensable and important role in improving the sports level of athletes, reducing fatigue after exercise, and reducing the incidence of sports injuries. The lower limb joints are an important part of the human body in sports and support the entire body. Therefore,The flexibility qualities of the lower extremities are more important in the whole body.Due to the different physiological structure caused by the gender difference between men and women,in basketball, men have worse flexibility than women, and the range of motion of joints is smaller. The impact force from the ground is greater than that of female athletes. Therefore, three different stretching methods were selected to study the flexibility quality and lower limb cushioning characteristics of male basketball players.Through the method of literature materials, expert interviews, experimental methods, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, men’s basketball players from Shanxi Normal University were selected as experimental subjects to stretch in different ways. Before and after the intervention, the flexibility quality(knee flexion, ankle dorsiflexion, plantar flexion range of motion)and the vertical jump test data of the three force platforms(peak ground reaction force, buffer time and lower limb stability)were analyzed using the excle table.)results were sorted out,and the statistical software SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data results.Among them, the one-way analysis of variance was used to analyze the test data of the three stretching methods of the experimental object before and after the test, and the paired sample T test was used to compare and analyze the data before and after the experimental object. The research conclusions and recommendations are as follows:In conclusion:1、1.In terms of flexibility, the three stretching methods can improve the range of motion of knee flexion, ankle dorsiflexion and plantar flexion of male basketball players in colleges and universities.PNF stretching is the best, dynamic stretching is the second, and static stretching is the last stretch.2 、 In terms of the peak ground reaction force, all three stretching methods can reduce the peak ground reaction force of college men’s basketball players, and PNF stretching is better than dynamic stretching than static stretching.3、In terms of lower extremity buffering time, among the three stretching methods, the buffering time increased compared with that before intervention in static stretching and PNF stretching.Buffer time was lower than before intervention.4、In terms of lower limb stability, the three stretching methods can enhance the lower limb stability of college men’s basketball players, and static stretching is better than PNF stretching than dynamic stretching.Suggestion:1、While improving the athletic performance of athletes, coaches should also pay attention to the flexibility of athletes and improve their safety awareness.Athletes can stretch before and after training to improve the flexibility of the body and increase the range of motion of the joints.2、Due to the different stretching methods,it is recommended to use static stretching before training or competition to reduce energy consumption during stretching, enhance the stability of the ankle joint, and improve sports performance;use PNF stretching after training or competition,Relax muscles, relieve fatigue and prevent injuries.3、In this experiment, male basketball players in colleges and universities are used as the experimental objects, and different ways of stretching intervention are carried out.In future experiments, research on different genders and other jumping sports can be added. |
