Objective: To explore the continuous effects of vibration foam rolling combined with dynamic stretching on lower limb flexibility and vertical jump were discussed,and to compare the effects of vibration foam rolling and dynamic stretching on lower limb flexibility and vertical jump.Methods: 15 academic students of Beijing University of physical Education were selected as subjects.The subjects first carried out 5min bicycle warm-up,then carried out basic data collection(flexibility test,counter movement jump test).The program intervention was carried out immediately after the basic data collection was finished,and then the subjects were intervened according to the requirements of the scheme.Data collection was carried out immediately,5min,10 min,15min and 20 min at the end of the intervention.Among them,the subjects received only one scheme intervention every day,and the intervention interval of different schemes(blank group,vibration foam rolling group,dynamic stretching group,vibration foam rolling combined with dynamic stretching group)was 48 hours.the subjects were required to participate in all the interventions in a random order.Results: Flexibility index of lower extremity: The hip extension index and knee flexion index in Combo,DS and VFR groups at immediate,5min and10 min were significantly different from those in pretest,and the hip extension index and knee flexion index in VFR and Combo groups were more significant than those in DS group(P < 0.05),and returned to the same level as pretest at 15 min and 20min(P > 0.05).The knee extension index and ankle dorsiflexion index in Combo,DS and VFR groups were significantly different from those in pretest at immediately,5min,10 min,15min and20min(P < 0.05),the knee joint extension index and ankle dorsiflexion index in VFR and Combo group were significantly lower than those in DS group(P > 0.05).Performance index: There was significant difference in vertical jump height and power index between Combo group and pretest at immediate and 5min(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between),Combo group and Con group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between 10 min,15min,20 min and pretest),and there was no significant difference among the four groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1)Vibration foam rolling,dynamic stretching,vibration foam rolling combined with dynamic stretching can improve the flexibility of lower limbs,and the flexibility of lower limbs decreases with the increase of interval time.2)The improvement effect of vibration foam rolling and vibration foam rolling combined with dynamic stretching on lower limb flexibility is better than that of dynamic stretching.3)Vibration foam rolling combined with dynamic stretching has a positive effect on vertical jump.4)The improvement effect of vibration foam rolling combined with dynamic stretching on vertical jump is better than that of single vibration foam rolling and dynamic stretching.
