Research purposes: To compare the effects of vibration massage,static stretching and their combination on the flexibility of dragon boat athletes,and to observe the effects of the changes in flexibility caused by the three interventions on their special athletic ability.Research methods: An empirical study was conducted on 35 male dragon boat athletes from Liaocheng University based on literature,expert interviews and experiments.The subjects were randomly divided into vibration group,stretching group and mixed group(vibration combined with stretching).).By soliciting opinions from experts,11 indicators were selected as the evaluation content of this study,including 8 joint mobility indicators and 3 dragon boat special competitive ability indicators.Stretching and vibration massage combined with static stretching intervention.Before the intervention,after the first intervention,at the 2nd,4th,6th,and 8th weeks after the start of the intervention,and at 1,2,3,and 4 weeks after the intervention,the multi-joint range of motion of the subjects in the three groups was measured,The special sports abilities of dragon boat athletes were tested before and after the intervention.Research results: 1)Comparison between groups of joint range of motion: After the first intervention,the stretch group was significantly better than vibration in three types of shoulder joint range of motion: abduction of the dominant side,abduction of the weak side,and internal rotation of the weak side.group(P<0.05);after 8 weeks of intervention,the joint range of motion of the mixed group in the flexion of the dominant side,the flexion of the weak side,the hip flexion of the dominant side,and the hip flexion of the weak side was significantly better than that of the stretching group(P<0.05).);there was no significant difference in the range of motion of each joint among the three groups after 4weeks of intervention(P>0.05).2)Comparison within the range of motion of the joints:After 8 weeks of intervention,the range of motion of 12 joints in the vibration group was significantly improved(P<0.05);the range of motion of 14 joints in the stretching group was significantly improved(P<0.05);The range of motion of 15 joints in the mixed group was significantly improved(P<0.05).3)Special competition ability of dragon boat: After the 8-week intervention,the 4 special tests of the three groups of subjects were improved,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Research conclusions: 1)The stretching group can significantly improve the flexibility of competitive dragon boat athletes in a shorter training time,and the improvement effect is better than the members of the vibration group and the stretching combined with vibration group;2)The stretching combined with vibration training can improve the system To improve the flexibility of competitive dragon boat athletes,it is better than the single training method of stretching and vibration;3)In terms of maintaining flexibility,the training effect of single stretching exercise is better than that of single vibration exercise and combined stretching and vibration training.4)All three intervention methods can improve the special ability of competitive dragon boat athletes,but there is no significant difference in the training effect among the three.Vibration training has a good effect on improving the special explosive power of dragon boat players.Stretching combined with vibration training has obvious effect on improving the speed endurance of athletes.A single stretching group exercise has no obvious effect on improving the special ability of athletes. |
