Vibration training is a new, non-traditional strength training method, by applying different vibration frequency, amplitude, to do all the exercises of the body, each part of the body to improve strength, coordination and other training. Its feature is the ability to load a small range in a short time to effectively increase the maximum muscle strength, rapid strength and strength endurance, and improve coordination of the central nervous system, responsiveness and sensitivity, and to avoid lower limb with the ground directly contacts, reduce sports injuries. There are already a lot of research on vibration training, but most of the research literature on long-term effects of vibration training are conducted, few studies on short-term effects of vibration training. Related studies have shown that short-term vibration training can be applied to the process of training and preparatory activities before the warm-up, not only can activate excitatory central nervous system, mobilize the body’s organ systems into the state of readiness, but also can effectively prevent sports injuries.This study was designed from the perspective of vibration training immediate effect, the combination of different special athletes for lower limb explosive characteristics, the use of "JUST JUMP" bounce pad as a test of the lower limbs explosive tools to explore the immediate effects of vibration training in the preparatory activities and by comparing the experimental method the feasibility of the application before the warm-up, revealing the short-term vibration stimulation of different athletes lower limb explosive instant, rapid response capability affect the results of the law, in order to improve real-time vibration strength training methods and training methods and preparation activities before the warm-up method to explore.This study literature, a lot of domestic and foreign literature about vibration training, design and analysis of experimental results of this study provide a large number of experiments adequate theoretical basis; Tianjin Institute of Physical Education Sports Training Track and Field(sprint, middle-distance, jumping, throwing), student weightlifting, swimming(short travel and long travel), wrestling, taekwondo, martial arts, badminton, table tennis, volleyball, basketball, sports dance for 14 special subjects, vibration table frequency 30 Hz, 35 Hz, 40 Hz, 45 Hz vibration frequency, amplitude of 2mm, using static squatting knees vibration training mode, before and after the experiment "JUST JUMP" bounce pad for all subjects SJ, CMJ standing vertical jump of flight time, height vacated, four Jump of consecutive reaction time, "ELPF" index, average height vacated index test, comparing the changes in the different athletes test indicators at different frequencies of vibration stimulation, eventually reached the following conclusions:(1) with a frequency of 30 Hz, the amplitude of 2mm, the short time of 1 minute vibration stimulation can improve lower limb explosive athlete, start power, improve the ability of Lower Limbs Muscle Fast Switch from Eccentric Contraction, and for athletes Bounce Stamina significant improvement;(2) With the increase of frequency of vibration, lower limb explosive athlete declining trend, different athletes at 35 Hz, 40 Hz vibration stimulation Anaerobic Power have differences, but no significant difference;(3) 45 Hz vibration stimulation of the lower limb explosive power sports athletes showed a downward trend, particularly strong in the lower limb explosive quality projects decreased significantly, endurance or throw projects downward trend is not obvious;(4) with a frequency of 30 Hz, the amplitude of 2mm, the short time of 1 minute vibration stimulation of athletes and flight time agers, reaction times were increased, but to varying degrees in different improvement projects,;(5) with the vibration frequency of the lower limb explosive increase, different athletes flight time and lower limbs agers, reaction capacity has declined.
