Through the visual analysis of domestic and foreign Paralympic research literature,we can sort out the pulse, hot spots and cutting-edge of Paralympic research abroad and abroad, find out the research deficiencies and holes, draw corresponding conclusions, and put forward the future prospects,so as to provide theoretical reference for domestic Paralympic research. In this paper, the relevant literature on Paralympic research published in the foreign language databases of China How Net,VIP,web of science and China How Net from 1999 to2019 is used as the data source of this paper. Then we use the visualization software to process and process the information of the document, such as the amount of documents, journals, keywords, regions and so on,and get the corresponding data, and use the word frequency analysis method,co-occurrence analysis method, clustering analysis method and salience analysis method to analyze the relevant data,so as to get the following conclusions:(1)The authors of the research on the Paralympics in foreign countries are mainly experts from well-known universities, who cooperate closely with each other and study in-depth in this direction. They lead the research trends and cutting-edge development in the field of Paralympics in foreign countries. The authors in China are mainly young university teachers, with less cooperation among the authors, obvious phenomenon of fighting alone, less academic influence and specialized scholars Less, obviously less.(2)The research results of foreign Paralympics are mainly published in the first-class foreign academic journals, while the research results of domestic Paralympics are mainly published in the middle and lower class domestic academic journals. In contrast, the domestic first-class academic journals pay less attention to the research results in this field.(3)The domestic research institutions in this field are mainly two domestic universities, while the foreign research institutions are mainly world-class universities. In contrast, foreign research institutions in this field have certain advantages in resources, funds, equipment, etc.Domestic research institutions in this field are mainly distributed in Beijing,Shanghai and other developed regions, while foreign research institutions in this field are mainly distributed in Europe.(4)The research on the Paralympics in China is divided into three areas: Beijing Paralympics, international Paralympics and competitive sports for the disabled. The Beijing Paralympics mainly includes the research elements of sports workers, athletes, the blind and the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee. The international Paralympics mainly includes the research elements of the Paralympics, disabled sports, disabled people and mass sports,Sports for the disabled mainly include sports for the disabled, athletes for the disabled and other research elements.Sports for the disabled and sports for the disabled will be the main trend and hot spot of domestic Paralympics research in the future. However, the research hot spot of foreign Paralympics has not changed greatly, which has always focused on the physical condition of Paralympics athletes. The research results include personal physiology, drug reaction, sports injury Sports rehabilitation, disease prevention and other specific issues.(5)Foreign research mainly uses medical and clinical means to monitor the physical changes of disabled athletes. The research results are closely combined with the actual needs, with the demand for the development of the Paralympic Games as the main body;while domestic research mainly focuses on the theoretical exploration of many issues related to the work of the Beijing Paralympic Games, and constructs the work system from the macro level, low practical value.
