Modeling And Visual Analysis Of The Gover-Nment's Population Data

Currently,driven by the new generation of information technology and innovation 2.0,"people-oriented,service-oriented" government 2.0 has become a new direction for the construction and development of E-governments,government information resources have become irreplaceable valuable resources.How to integrate and manage population information resources which is separated in various government departments,and digging the potentially useful knowledge in the massive government population data to meet the needs of the public personalized services,and assisting the government make the population policy of science as a key link in the process of building a service-oriented government.Aiming at the deficiencies in population information resources management and the visualization of population information,this paper studies modeling and visual analysis of the government's population data.The research work mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Through analyzing of the core population business of the various functional departments,and on the basis of the various services provided by the provincial government online service hall,this paper establishs a classification system of populationg business,and according to the government business object model to comb and abstract the population information resource.Besides,the classification method of government information resources is extended on the basis of the existing information resource classification system,and the population information resource catalogue which is suitable for the province of the truth is compiled.Then the business entities and data indicators are further classified and summarized according to the basic attribute,life events and relationship of the natural person,and three data models and databases are designed respectively.(2)Based on the analysis of the demand of the government and the public on the visual analysis of population data,this paper discusses the design principles of the visual expression system of population information.IST(Indicators-Space-Time)model is used to construct the content system of visual expression of population information from three aspects:time,space and index.In addition,using visualization technologies such as the Wordle,Force-directed Layout,Scatter plot,etc.We have desgined a series of topic-oriented visual analyses for single person.And combined with the current hot population problems and the special population groups,this paper designs various visual analysis methods of statistical population for different data types from the view content,the representing method and the interactive design.(3)This paper combines the association rule data mining method and the information visualization technology,and discusses the process of data mining based on association rules.Taking the aging population as an example,this paper carries out the mining of association rules for the distribution of population aging,and carries out the visualization of the results.
