| The 19th National Congress has included 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games as one of the important tasks at this stage.At present,China's Winter Paralympic Games are in the primary stage in terms of project management,training level and sports performance.By means of questionnaire survey and expert interview,this paper interviews the nanagers,coaches and athletes of the Winter Paralympic Games,investigates and studies the sports events of the Winter Paralympic Games in China,combs out the basic situation,training situation,management system and security system of the national team of the Winter Paralympic Games in China,and determines the dominant events of the Winter Paralympic Games by analyzing the historical achievements and world rankings.Key athletes,determine the key issues of preparation.Through the research of this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions for the future development of the national team of the Winter Paralympic Games in China,which lays a solid foundation for preparing for the Beijing2022 Winter Paralympic Games.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The average age of athletes is small and their sports potential is high.The average age of athletes in the national team of China's Winter Paralympic Games is about 20 years old,and there are many young athletes.To Beijing 2022 Winter Paralympic Games,most of them are in the best age of sports achievements and have great potential to achieve excellent results.2.The experience of athletes and coaches is insufficient.The time of the National Winter Paralympic Team is very short.The time for athletes to engage in ice and snow sports is generally short,and the experience of competition is insufficient.Coaches are coaches and new coaches engaged in winter sports for healthy people.They have insufficient experience in teaching ice and snow sports for disabled people and lack of targeted training programs for disabled people.3.Coaches seldom participate in on-the-job training,the number of coaches organized by the national team to participate in on-the-job training is less,most coaches have not participated in or participated in less than five on-the-job training,and the training methods are mostly in the form of lectures,which has limitations on the improvement of coaches'professional level.4.Athletes have a single training mode.They have snow training and core strength training every day.Athletes lack theoretical knowledge and are prone to boredom.Coaches have not set up stage trainina programs and class trainins programs,and lack systematic training plans for preparing for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games.5.Adequate financial support and perfect management system.The management and guarantee of the National Winter Paralympic Team are supported by government policy.The National Team of each project is managed by the General Administration of Sports and the Paralympic Federation,providing perfect guarantee.6.Training venues and training equipment affect athletes'training.The training venues for athletes of the Winter Paralympic Games are rented venues shared with healthy people.There are no separate training venues,and lack of physiological testing instruments and professional video equipment.This has certain limitations for daily monitoring of athletes'physiological and biochemical indicators and analysis of athletes'sports technical movements.7.The investment in scientific research and medical treatment is insufficient,and the scientific research level of scientific researchers is relatively high,but the number is too small to follow the team all the year round,and the information can not be feedback in time.Medical equipment can not meet the needs of athletes.8.Lack of cooperation among coaches,scientific researchers and medical personnel,lack of communication among coaches,scientific researchers and medical personnel,lack of timely feedback to each other,lack of integration of information,is not conducive to the improvement of athletes' perfomiance. |
