| Cooperative behavior is an important manifestation of prosocial behavior,which plays a crucial role in the smooth integration of children into the society.Relevant studies show that 4-5 years old is a period in which children’s cooperative behavior develops rapidly.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate children’s cooperative behavior in this period.Construction game is one of the most popular forms of games in kindergartens.It has obvious characteristics of group and interaction and is an important way to cultivate children’s cooperative behaviors.Therefore,the practical research on the cultivation of children’s cooperative behaviors in the construction of games has widened the cultivation path of children’s cooperative behaviors to some extent.This study selects middle-class children aged 4-5 in a provincial-level demonstration park in T city as the research object,takes the construction game as the carrier,and conducts practical research by observation and interview.Through the design,implementation and reflection of the three-round construction game,the design elements of the construction game are explored,and how to promote the development of children’s cooperative behavior through game design,implementation and evaluation.At the end of the three-round construction game,the researcher reflected on the whole process and explored the effective strategies and approaches for cultivating children’s cooperative behaviors.The study found that the construction of games promoted the development of cooperative behaviors among children aged 4-5 years,which was manifested as children’s awareness of the importance of cooperation,children’s initiative in cooperation,children’s ability to use cooperative strategies,children’s ability to receive cooperative signals,and children’s choice of cooperative partners tended to be diversified.According to the research conclusion and activity reflection,the following specific Suggestions are proposed for the cultivation of children’s cooperative behavior in games: first,Suggestions are made in the field of game design,includingthe setting of game objectives should be hierarchical,the selection of game content should be appropriate,a good game environment should be created for children,and the integrity of game links should be guaranteed.Second,Suggestions for teachers’ observation during the implementation of the game,including using analytical observation strategy to grasp the status quo of children’s cooperation,using scanning observation strategy to dynamically grasp the situation of children’s game;Third,Suggestions on teacher environment creation during the implementation of the game,including creating an environment suitable for children’s cooperation and providing game materials according to children’s actual needs;Fourth,Suggestions on teacher guidance during the implementation of the game,including reasonable selection of intervention strategies,good use of language guidance strategies,and attention to the cultivation strategies of various elements of children’s cooperative behavior;Fifth,Suggestions on teacher evaluation during the implementation of the game,including the evaluation method with children as the main body and the evaluation method with teachers as the main body. |
