Research On The Status,problems And Countermeasures Of "Scholarly Campus"

Scholarly Campus refers to a school with a strong reading and learning atmosphere,on which both teachers and students are full of enthusiasm for reading with appropriate methods and scholarly activities.Meanwhile,there is a series of related regulation systems that promote reading,thus forming a unique reading culture in school.The book-based campus is designed to help students build an ideal reading environment,allowing students to experience the charm of reading,inspire their interest,and have a good command of reading skills.The construction of Scholarly Campus echoes the background of the construction of"Scholarly Society" and it is also one of the contents of school culture construction.Teachers,students and parents who infiltrate it can benefit a lot from it.Therefore,it is necessary and meaningful to study the present situation,problems and countermeasures of the construction of Scholarly Campus.This study focuses on the construction of Scholarly Campus in S-School in Dawan District.Firstly,through observation and investigation and other research methods,the paper describes the current status quo of S-School Scholarly Campus construction.Secondly,combined with the results of investigation and interview,this paper summarizes the problems in the construction of Scholarly Campus in S-School.Thirdly,according to the current situation,the causes of the problems are analyzed.Finally,some improvement strategies are proposed for the problems mentioned above.This article mainly includes the following five parts:the exordium briefly introduces the reason of the topic selection,research purposes,research methods and other contents of this paper,and clearly explains and defines the concept of Scholarly Campus.The first chapter mainly expounds the construction content of Scholarly Campus of S-School,including its construction background and development process.The development process includes three phases:the creation phase,the construction phase and the acceptance phase.The second chapter introduces the investigation status and problem analysis of the construction of Scholarly Campus in S-School.This paper uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to investigate the construction of Scholarly Campus in S-School,summarizes and finds out the problems in the construction process and reading content.The third chapter aims at exploring the reasons behind the problems in the construction of Scholarly Campus in S-School.The main factor that affects the MASTER’S THESIS construction effect of Scholarly Campus in S-School is that the guiding ideology of Scholarly Campus is difficult to implement continuously.The school-running mechanism has caused some adverse effects on the construction of Scholarly Campus.The evaluation mechanism has brought some difficulties to the construction of Scholarly Campus.The fourth chapter is about suggestions to improve the construction effect of Scholarly Campus in S-School.In order to establish a Scholarly Campus better,this study suggests that schools should take measures to strengthen the construction of campus scholarly culture,such as deepening the concept,consolidating the construction foundation,paying attention to the integration of objectives,and establishing a Scholarly Campus security system.
