With the deepening of the research on Teachers’ education and the continuous attention to the quality of rural education,ensuring the effectiveness of rural teachers’ training has become an important measure to promote the professional development of rural teachers and has been widely concerned by domestic researchers.Teacher workshop is a common way of teacher education and research in recent years in China.It is a research carrier guided by the host of workshop,aimed at promoting the professional development of teachers,and supported by cooperative activities.It is also a specific practical way of teachers’ professional learning community.At present,domestic scholars mainly focus on different subjects and different stages of teachers’workshops,while the literature about rural teachers as the research subject is relatively few and mainly introduces the practical experience of workshop construction and development.This study takes H rural teachers’ workshop as a case study to explore H rural teachers’ workshop from the perspective of cooperation.The main form of workshop cooperative research and further development,the achievements of workshop H cooperative research and further development and the attribution analysis of its existing problems,so as to put forward optimization strategies for workshop cooperative research and further development,in order to provide more rural front-line teachers participating in workshop research and further development and training with cooperative training and professional development ideas,and provide new research for current rural teachers’ research and further development and training achievements.This study combs the cooperative training and professional development activities conducted by H workshop mainly on the cooperation of schools,U-S cooperation,and teacher development centers,cooperation with different level workshops and educational cloud platform achieved under the "Internet plus" background.The workshop of H has not only implemented the common vision of workshop,but also promoted heterogeneous members.However,there are also some problems in the cooperation research,such as the lack of cooperation attraction,the lack of evaluation system and the lack of prominent member’s main position,which are mainly due to the relative lack of high-quality cooperation resources,the lack of clear relevant systems and the heavy tasks of members in the workshop.This study focuses on the guarantee of external conditions In terms of external environment support,the relevant departments of education should fully implement the funding guarantee,provide various cooperation opportunities for rural teachers’ workshops,and the selection criteria should be moderately inclined to rural teachers and rural teachers’ workshops;in terms of internal self-generated motivation,the internal self-generated motivation should be improved.On the one hand,in the coordination and cooperation of internal and external mechanisms,the assessment mechanism of the workshop should be improved,a variety of evaluation methods should be adopted,and the incentive mechanism of the workshop should be improved;on the other hand,the workshop should strengthen the construction of community cooperation culture,stimulate members’ cognitive drive,face up to the contradictions between work and learning,and relieve members’ work and learning pressure.
