| Objective: Compared with other age groups,primary school students enter school for a short period of time,have a strong dependence on the family,and family education has a great influence on them.The survey is expected to investigate the current situation of family sports activities in primary school students’ families,analyze the reasons that affect the participation of primary school students in family sports,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,and then guide primary school students to actively participate in family sports,improve physical health,and enhance the feelings of family members,thus forming the habit of lifelong sports.Subject: This article is based on the 4th to City Campus of Jiahe City,Tiantao Experimental School,Nanning City Pupils in the sixth grade and their families were the subjects of the survey.Research methods: this paper mainly uses the methods of literature survey,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study the family sports status of primary school students in grades 4 to 6 of Tiantao Experimental School in Nanning City,to find out the reasons that affect their participation in family sports activities,so as to put forward some suggestions.The results show that:(1)The primary school students in the fourth to sixth grade of Jiahe City Campus of Tiantao Experimental School have more family sports activities and more activities,which shows that parents have their own cognition of the development of sports activities.However,the time and frequency of sports activities are not fixed,indicating that family sports activities have gradually entered people’s families,there is still much room for improvement.(2)The majority of pupils in grades 4 to 6 in Jiahe City Campus of Tiantao Experimental School are fond of sports.In the way they participate in sportsactivities,sports activities are more,ornamental activities are less.It can be seen that the primary school students’ understanding of sports health is not complete,and has not formed a more comprehensive and correct sports health values.(3)Most of the parents of the fourth to sixth grade pupils in Jiahe City Campus of Tiantao Experimental School will exercise in their free time,carry out sports consumption and support their children to participate in sports activities.At the same time,they also hope that the community can publicize sports knowledge and organize more family sports activities.Thus,most parents have realized the importance of sports activities to themselves and their children’s physical and mental aspects,and they support their children’s participation in sports activities in attitude,and lead by example and actively guide them.(4)There are significant differences in family structure,family sports consumption,parents’ sports experience,frequency of free time physical exercise,degree of love for sports,attitude towards children’s participation in extracurricular sports activities(P<0.01),but there are no significant differences in parents’ occupation,parents’ highest education,family economic conditions(P<0.05).(5)There are many reasons that restrict the development of primary school students’ family sports activities: in terms of family factors,"family members’ sports habits " and " sports atmosphere " dominate,followed by family members’ of family members;in terms of school factors," school education policy" dominates,followed by "sports facilities" and "influence among students ";in terms of social factors," insufficient community sports facilities" dominates;in their own respect," more homework,no time " is the leading factor.In view of the above factors,this study proposes the following countermeasures:(1)Family aspect: strengthen the cognition of sports health,cultivate the lifelong sports consciousness of family members.Stimulate children’s interest and strengthen physical training.guarantee parent-child time and enhance the feelings between family members.(2)School aspects: Actively implement national policies to provide maximum protection for students’ health.Set up between classes to play theirown national characteristics,so that the traditional culture of the nation can be carried forward.Strengthen teacher education and training,and regularly improve school physical education facilities.Promote the contact between school and school,improve the communication between home and school.(3)Social aspects: Increase the publicity of sports activities to create a good environment for sports activities.Improve community sports facilities and improve safety performance.Strengthen family-community integration and conduct community campaigns.Mobilize sports volunteers to participate in community professional guidance.(4)Its own aspects: Strengthen the study of sports knowledge,excavate their favorite sports,cultivate sports hobbies.Learn to make plans and goals and develop a good habit of self-discipline.Work and rest,scientific exercise. |
