PBL(Project-based Learning)is an innovative teaching and learning method that has set off a boom in basic education classrooms in China in recent years.In the PBL course,students will go through the process of exploring and solving real problems,learn a lot of knowledge and skills,develop core literacy,learn to cooperate and deal with real problems and challenges.The difficulty of curriculum design and implementation of the curriculum puts forward higher requirements on the level of teachers,which is the main reason why PBL is difficult to carry out effectively in disciplinary teaching and interdisciplinary teaching.Research on course design is urgently needed.In view of this,the author has developed a teacher workshop on the theme of PBL curriculum design,which aims to make teachers of biology subjects agree with the teaching concept of PBL,state the elements and processes of PBL curriculum design,use PBL teaching strategies and tools for curriculum design,and The course is evaluated and improved.The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility and necessity of introducing PBL curriculum development workshops into teacher training.Whether this workshop training model enables teachers to design qualified PBL courses is the key to research.The research work is mainly carried out from the following aspects: first,through literature research and investigation,in-depth analysis of learners,to determine the content and form of training;second,to develop training resources based on the theme of PBL curriculum development;finally,the biology subject teachers As a training object,implement workshop training actions,and record and evaluate the training results.The following conclusions are drawn from the research: The PBL curriculum development teacher workshop is suitable for single-discipline or multi-disciplinary teacher training,with course experience,case analysis,design challenges and communication evaluation as the main links,which can enable participants to agree with PBL teaching concepts and develop qualified PBL courses.This study continuously modified and perfected the teacher workshop training program in action,and looked forward to using this as a basis to promote the construction of more disciplines or interdisciplinary teacher workshops and enrich the training forms and contents of teacher professional development.
