| With the development of "national training plan" in recent ten years,teachers’ network training has made some achievements in improving the construction of teachers’ team and the overall quality of teachers,but there are still problems with poor results.The reason is that teachers can not solve the problems in actual teaching by using the knowledge learned online well,resulting in Teachers’ learning staying all the time In the shallow layer,the study effect is not good.In order to solve the problem of poor learning quality and shallow learning,this study aims to promote the deep learning of teachers.From the perspective of activity design,it clarifies the connotation of deep learning oriented network training activities of teachers’ workshops and puts forward the design model of deep learning oriented network training activities of teachers’ workshops.First of all,through the literature research method,combing and analyzing the domestic and foreign research status of teachers’ online training,teachers’ workshop online training and teachers’in-depth learning,to determine the current research status and feasibility of this study.Secondly,by using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of in-depth learning oriented teacher workshop network training,which provides the practical basis for the research.Through the survey,we found that there are still some problems to be improved in the current online training of teachers’ workshops:firstly,in terms of learning methods,the training activities mainly focus on watching online video,the activity form is single,which is not conducive to the interaction between teachers,and the online and offline activities are not closely linked,which lack of activities to promote teachers to carry out in-depth training;secondly,in terms of learning evaluation,we focus on In terms of the length of training,training perception,etc.,there is a lack of evaluation on the performance of teachers in the process of training,and the evaluation dimension is not comprehensive;thirdly,in terms of learning effect,teachers have greatly improved their theoretical knowledge,while the transfer and application of knowledge is obviously insufficient,so they can not use the online knowledge to solve the offline teaching problems.Thirdly,the connotation of deep learning theory,adult learning theory,activity theory,learning community theory,hybrid learning theory and their implications for this study are clarified,and the basic connotation and characteristics of core concepts such as deep learning,teacher workshop network training,and teacher workshop network training for deep learning are scientifically defined,so that this study is established in On the basis of solid theory.Then,according to the theoretical research and practical basis,combined with the current implementation status and the existing activity design scheme of the "national training plan" of Ningxia,according to the design principles and methods of the network training activities of the teachers’workshop,determine the elements of the activities,teaching modules and other contents,and design to promote teachers’ in-depth learning as the goal,taking into account teachers’ learning The individual and social attributes of the study use "teaching problems" as the starting point and starting point of the study,adopt the hybrid study method to integrate online and offline organically,use the online guidance offline and online driven offline method,take the workshop online study,sending the teacher to the countryside and school-based study as the main form of the study,and use the workshop online study as the main self-study and guidance as the auxiliary knowledge The knowledge and experience gained in the process of knowledge construction and the experience of participating in experiential learning while sending teachers to the countryside guide the school-based research and transfer of applied knowledge to achieve the cultivation of results,and ultimately realize the deep learning of teachers,which makes the teachers’ teaching behavior change and teaching skills improve.Finally,based on the Ningxia preschool teachers’ workshop research project,select some kindergarten teachers who participate in the workshop research project as the research object,practice and apply the design model of in-depth learning teachers’ workshop network research activities,and test the implementation results.The results show that:after participating in the in-depth learning oriented teacher workshop network training activities,the training teachers have achieved great results.Most of them have greatly improved their professional theoretical knowledge,and can flexibly apply the online learning to solve the offline practical teaching problems,and have generated a lot of research results.On the whole,teachers’ in-depth learning has taken place after participating in the network training activities of teachers’ workshops for in-depth learning,which has achieved good results. |
