The literacy of educational technology is defined as the ability, consciousness, attitude, and responsibility of utilizing the knowledge and skills of information technology, under the instruction of theories of educational technology, in resolving problems in realistic educational activities. Teachers with literacy of educational technology will contribute to the proceed of educational reformation and speeding-up the realization of modernized education. Moreover, since the students in teachers' schools are future teachers, it is of significant importance that we implement trainings of educational technology to develop the literacy of educational technology of the future teachers.Nowadays, the importance of the trainings of educational technology has been recognized in most of the teachers' school in our country and various programs have been underway, which already made certain achievements. However, some problems with the training programs emerged with the rapid increase of the numbers of students in teachers' schools. They are: the increased requirement and the limited resources; extensive training programs and insufficient time permitted; unified training not meeting the requirements of individuals; present training methods failed in achieving goals.How to settle the above conflicts is the main topic of this study. This article was carried out in a fashion of 'revealing problems - suggesting possible resolutions - achieving the resolutions -testing the suggestion in practice'. To begin with, the thesis will discuss the present situation and problems of the trainings of educational technology in teachers' schools in our country. After that, the thesis will put forward the suggestion of PBL-supporting educational technology online training system in teachers' schools based on the analysis of the advantages of web-based learning environment and the feasibility of project-based learning in the educational technology trainings for students in teachers' schools. Then, the system structure of the online learning system will be presented with a detailed discussion of the design of its function models. In the end, the article will introduce the main functions of the designed system with presenting the trial tests and evaluations, which will support my assumption of the efficiency of the PBL-supporting educational technology online training system.
