China’s economy is developing rapidly,and people have more time and energy to pay attention to their physical health.Tennis is becoming more and more popular in college.With the development of the Internet and technology,the shortcomings of traditional tennis teaching methods in college tennis tennis elective courses have gradually emerged.Students can not make good use of the time in the classroom to practice tennis.Many students learn the tennis early.Hope and curiosity in learning tennis,but due to the unique nature of the tennis Bunsen project,it is difficult to get started in a short time,resulting in tennis elective students can not learn tennis skills in the tennis class.In order to better enable the tennis elective students to quickly grasp the introduction of tennis,this experiment further studies the video feedback teaching method.In this experiment,research methods such as literature data method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,and analytic hierarchy process are used to compare and study the indicators of the experimental class and the control class.difference.Draw the following conclusions:1 、 Through the video feedback teaching method,students can generate a better batting force after action during the practice process or before practice,which lays a good foundation for the future tennis batting practice.2、 Through the video feedback teaching method,students can more accurately grasp every key point of tennis technical movements during the practice process,and it is easier to grasp the integrity of the tennis ball movements.3、Through the video feedback teaching method,students can better think actively,analyze themselves,and improve themselves in the learning process,so as to improve students’ observation ability,analysis ability,and error correction ability.4、Through video feedback teaching method can improve students’ influence on the enthusiasm of learning tennis.5 、 Through the video feedback teaching method,teachers and students can have more active interactive discussions during the class.Group exchanges promote the classroom atmosphere and improve teaching efficiency.6 、 Vivid image,strong appeal,can arouse students’ interest in learning.It helps to clarify the details of tennis moves,and you can slow down and pause the technical action videos according to the needs of the classroom,and enter into an in-depth analysis and discussion of technicalactions.
