| In recent years,live broadcast has changed the way people work,live,play and other means with its real-time interactive advantages.With the informatization of enterprises,universities,and governments,the live broadcast of enterprises has developed rapidly.The functionality,ease of use,and stability of the live broadcast system are the focus of enterprises,and the product’s interaction logic and interface expression directly affects the user experience.At present,domestic and foreign researches focus on the key technologies of live broadcast systems,and lack of in-depth analysis of activity levels and design requirements.Therefore,this paper focuses on the activity analysis and interaction design of the enterprise live broadcast system.The paper is based on the activity theory,with enterprise live broadcast as the main research object,combining the activity analysis framework and interactive system research methods to explore the enterprise live broadcast activities.Summarized the research ideas and design methods of the enterprise live broadcast system,and used this as a guiding ideology to complete the design of the campus live broadcast system.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Analyzed the research background and development trend of enterprise live broadcast.Based on the research of the development process,application fields and related theories of enterprise live broadcast,activity theory,and interactive system,the structure and design characteristics of enterprise live broadcast system were summarized.Sorted out the thought model,the basic elements and subsystems,and the general analysis framework of activity theory.Introduced the design model and method of interactive system,and clarified the design ideas of enterprise live broadcast system.(2)Based on the activity analysis framework,the eight key issues of the control layer,management layer,and content layer of enterprise live broadcast systems were studied.An interactive enterprise live broadcast activity model based on the activity theory was established.The paper discussed the relationship between activity theory and interactive systems.The three subsystems of enterprise live broadcast were analyzed based on the four elements of P(people),A(activities),C(contexts),and T(technologies).An interactive system design model of enterprise live broadcast based on activity theory was proposed.According to the design model,the structure and relationship of the enterprise live broadcast system were combed,and the design process and design strategy of the live broadcast system were summarized.(3)Taking the campus character group as the starting point and the completion of the campus live broadcast activity as the goal,combined with the design idea of the enterprise live broadcast system,the live broadcast management center and portal of the campus live broadcast system was designed and implemented.According to the characteristics of different platforms,it studied its typical character models,core activity scenarios and specific functional requirements,combed the information architecture of the live broadcast system,analyzed the specific live broadcast function process,designed a product framework that matched the user’s mental model,and plotted interactive interface prototype diagram.The usability test of the live broadcast system was carried out,and the design optimization was performed based on the test results.Through literature research,user interviews and other research methods,the feasibility of the application of activity theory to the analysis of enterprise live broadcast activities was verified.An interactive system design model for enterprise live broadcast based on activity theory was constructed.The design strategy of enterprise live broadcast system is put forward,which provides certain research ideas and guidance for the study of activity theory in the field of back-end system design and other information science related fields.Through design research and practice,the campus live broadcast system has successfully provided live broadcast services for several important activities,which has certain practical application value and also verifies the feasibility of the research results. |
