Justice has been a beautiful concept that people have dreamed of since ancient times. With the development of China’s market economy, problems such as imbalance of resource allocation and serious class division have appeared, and the connotation of social justice is constantly injected with new content as time goes.So justice has become a key topic that people have increasingly concerned about.Various unfavorable social factors have also led to unfair events in relatively "simple"campuses, and college students are in a critical period of value formation.Injustice on campus undoubtedly has an important impact on their view formation and personal development. This study adopts semi-structured interview method, selects 14 college students as the survey objects and takes the university campus cases as the material, focusing on the college students’ justice judgment of campus events and balanced strategies for injustice. This study finds that when judging the encounters and behaviors of different characters in the situational story, college students will be influenced by the situation and use different principles of justice to guide their judgment process, showing the flexible application of justice principles and the situational effect of justice judgment This study also finds that when they deal with unfair events in different roles, the victims usually transform between several different balanced strategies of "rational struggle","rational acceptance","irrational struggle" and "irrational acceptance";the observers who have certain power use the strategies of "internal punishment" and"external punishment"on the perpetrator, using the strategies of "internal compensation" and "external compensation" on the victim, which also involves the combination of several strategies;the general observers choose "putting the knife to help"or "cold-looking" strategy according to the relationship with the victim. The specific situations such as the consequence of the matter and the cultural context such as the authority obedience and harmony also influence the choice and application of balanced strategies of different roles. This study suggests that the "justice" achieved after the balance of college students is not "ideal justice",but "actual justice" with compromising thinking, which is expressed as reasonably solving problems and moderately expressing emotions The negotiation between "actual justice"and "ideal justice"on the action strategy and the coexistence of positive attitude and negative attitude to the value constitute the justice view of contemporary college students.
