| At present,with the rapid development of economy and society,China’s education has also reached a new level.Secondary vocational education plays an important role in our national education system.The party and the state have always attached great importance to secondary vocational education.The state has issued a series of subsidy policies.As a major economic province,Guangdong Province has actively responded to the subsidy policy of the CPC Central Committee.It has issued detailed rules for the implementation of the subsidy policy for secondary vocational education in line with the actual situation of Guangdong region.The strict implementation and implementation of the subsidy policy have achieved remarkable results.This paper mainly takes L technical school in Guangzhou as the research object,L technical school is a private technical school with a history of 15 years,discusses the difficulties that Guangdong secondary vocational school,especially the private technical school may encounter in carrying out the student funding work,and the deviation in the implementation of the state funding policy,and finally obtains some constructive suggestions and Countermeasures for the school to carry out the student funding management work.In this paper,1104 students of L technical school were investigated by questionnaire and interviewed with the executors of the national funding policy,including the funding specialist of the funding management center of L technical school,the relevant part-time personnel,the parents of the funded students,the funding directors of secondary colleges,counselors and other relevant personnel.From the survey data and interview results,it can be seen that L technical school strictly implements and implements the subsidy policies issued by the state and governments at all levels,and has made some achievements in student funding.L technical school can keep pace with the times,combining with its own actual situation,formulated a series of detailed rules of student funding management and relatively mature supporting implementation plans.But at the same time,the investigation found that L technical school also had the following problems in the process of carrying out student funding work: the propaganda of national funding policy was not in place,the students lackedunderstanding of the funding policy,the school carried out less funding and education activities,some students knew little about the functions of the school’s student funding management center,there were loopholes in the funding supervision process,and the relevant departments of school funding Due to the lack of close contact and professional support team,the implementation of student support policy in L technical school deviates from the reality.Therefore,for the management of student funding,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: to implement the policy of student funding from the perspective of policy orientation,to strengthen the publicity,to broaden the channels of funding and publicity;to establish a targeted poverty alleviation funding management model,to build a multi-dimensional multi-form and all-round funding model led by the government;to improve the supervision mechanism of funding management,to strengthen the assessment,and to implement the responsibility System;optimize the concept of subsidizing education,pay attention to the mental health of students,carry out more subsidizing education activities and so on,further implement and implement the national subsidizing policy,and gradually improve the effectiveness of secondary vocational schools,especially private technical schools in the management of student subsidizing. |
