Research On The Management Of Students In M Private Universities In S City

With the popularization of higher education in China,the scale of family economic difficulties is increasing and the funding management of students with family financial difficulties have become the most prevalent problems in Chinese universities.Over the years,in order to solve the problem of financial aid to students from families with financial difficulties in the universities,the state and governments at all levels have introduced new policies,the diversified funding system that has established "award,loan,aid,supplement and subtraction" as the main body can basically solve the difficulties that the families with economically disadvantaged students study and live in school.Private universities as an important type of universities,have sent a large number of applied talents who meet the requirements of economic and social development for the society.However,due to various reasons,the contradiction of private universities is more prominent in the problem of funding management,which seriously restricts the realization of the target of financing and educating people in private universities.This paper takes M private universities as an example.Based on the field investigation of M private universities,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the funding management of M private universities,and hopes to find ways to improve the subsidy management of M private universities.This paper mainly points out the problems existing in the funding management of M private universities in S City,such as the difficulties in identifying the funding objects,the failure of the functions of the funding institutions,the weak education function,and the limited funding resources,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed from five aspects: students,funding teams,schools,society,and government.According to the results of investigation and literature research,suggestions are put forward to improve the subsidy management of private universities from four aspects: improving the school funding management mechanism,building personalized funding platforms,strengthening funding and educating people,and expanding funding channels,so as to better solve the problem of subsidized family financial difficulties of M private universities,and promote the development of M private universities.
