| In recent years,the number of migrant workers returning to their hometowns in the western region has been increasing day by day,and it is becoming a "new dividend" for rural revitalization.Improving the employment quality of returning migrant workers can not only effectively solve the livelihood problems of returning migrant workers and their families,but also effectively promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.For this reason,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to study the impact of returnees’ wage endowment on employment quality.In this paper,a total of 520 valid questionnaires were collected,taking the migrant workers from Guizhou Province as the research object.There are six chapters in this article.The first and second chapters respectively analyze the introduction and literature review.The third chapter mainly analyzes the capital endowment of migrant workers returning to their hometowns through the entropy weight method.Regarding the level of capital endowment,various types of capital endowments of migrant workers returning home are ranked according to the level: natural capital(94.21)>physical capital(92.27)> economic capital(92.01)> social capital(87.69)> human capital(85.79).In terms of capital endowment structure,the majority of migrant workers returning home with natural capital dominate,while human capital dominates.The fourth chapter mainly uses the factor analysis method to measure the employment quality of migrant workers returning home.The analysis shows that the employment quality of migrant workers returning home is generally low.The main manifestations are that the social security provided by the enterprise is not perfect,overtime is relatively frequent,and the rate of signing labor contracts is low.The fifth chapterempirically studies the impact of returning farmers ’wage endowment on employment quality,and draws the following conclusions: Returning farmers’ wage endowment level and structure have a significant impact on employment quality.Capital endowment level: Among them,human capital(education level,number of vocational skill trainings,professional skill certificate obtained),social capital(number of frequent relatives and friends,relationship with neighbors,friends),economic capital(average monthly salary,Household deposits)and physical capital(the current housing structure)have a significant impact on the quality of employment;in terms of capital endowment structure,the return of rural migrant workers with superior human capital and economic capital has higher employment quality.Based on the above research conclusions,this article proposes the following policy recommendations for improving the employment status of returning migrant workers,realizing the effective allocation of wage endowments for returning migrant workers,and promoting the improvement of the employment quality of returning migrant workers: 1.Education and training of returning migrant workers To improve the quality of rural labor;2.build an employment information platform for returning migrant workers and provide good social network support;3.improve the wage growth and payment security system,and increase the economic capital of returning migrant workers;4.accelerate the improvement of housing security,Enrich the material capital of migrant workers returning to their hometowns;5.Classify and optimize the capital endowment structure of migrant workers returning to their hometowns. |
