With the development of economic society and the promotion of urbanization,the increasing rural labor migrates from villages to cities to seek the appropriate work after the reform and opening-up.However,in recent years,the increase of peasant-workers has slown down.The employment of returned migrant workers has become the main trend of China's labor market development.Under this background,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to investigate and analyze the overall situation in a certain area that is different generations of returned migrant workers for employment,to reveal the common factors that affect their job satisfaction,to take effective measures to improve their satisfaction of returning home employment,and to further promote economic and social development in rural areas and regions.The research is based on the literature about the employment of returned migrant workers to investigate the generation difference.First of all,the basic concepts have been scientifically defined and the theoretical basis has been stated,which lays the foundation for the study.Then,the capital endowment,employment status and intergenerational differences of the two generation of returned migrant workers in Guizhou have been analyzed by using the survey data.And an orderly Probit model is used to make an empirical study on the employment satisfaction of returned migrant workers and the factors that affect their intergenerational differences.According to the research,there exists much similarity in the capital endowment,employment status and intergenerational differences of the returned migrant workers.The capital endowment and the resulting employment status directly determine the satisfaction of the returned migrant workers.To improve the satisfaction of the returned migrant workers,it needs to build the diversified supporting system,which is beneficial for the decrease of the generational difference and the enhancing stability of the employment of returned migrant workers.
