| In recent years,the state pays more and more attention to the construction of college sports teams and the cultivation of college athletes.However,there may be some problems in the training of college badminton teams at present.Most of the physical quality training is based on traditional strength training,which is difficult to meet the various athletic abilities required by athletes on the playing field.And most athletes suffer from injuries due to years of training,resulting in the inability to carry out high-intensity,high-load weight-bearing strength training.At the same time,the elastic band,due to its simple use,flexible and versatile training movements,has gradually entered the public eye and is widely used in physical training of various sports.This study organically combines the elastic band with the characteristics of badminton sports to form a special strength training program for the elastic band,and applies it to the training of college badminton players to investigate its effect on the special quality and killing effect of college badminton players.The results of this study will help to improve the efficiency of the strength training of college badminton players,improve their special quality more effectively,and then lay the foundation for improving the special level of college badminton players,and at the same time enrich the training means of special strength of badminton items,and provide a reference example for the training of college badminton teams.By using the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,this study explored the impact of special strength training with elastic belt on the special quality and smash effect of badminton players in colleges and universities.12 athletes from the badminton team of Physical Education College of Inner Mongolia Normal University were taken as the research objects,and the exercise intervention experiment of "special strength training with elastic belt" was conducted three times a week for 12 weeks.The 12-week exercise intervention was divided into three stages,among which the first stage was the 1-4 week,and the basic strength training stage.The 5th to 8th week is the second stage,the strength consolidation training stage;Week 9 to 12 is the third stage,the strength intensive training stage.Before and after the experiment,the special quality and smash effect of badminton players in colleges and universities were tested,and the data obtained before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed,and the following results were obtained:(1)After 12 weeks of special strength training with elastic belt,the post-experimental test scores of badminton throw,standing long jump,sit-up and Illinois run of college badminton players were significantly different from the pre-experimental test scores(P<0.05);the post-experimental test scores of ten times low gravity step and twenty times kill net round trip of college badminton players were very significant difference(P<0.01).(2)After 12 weeks of special strength training with elastic belt,the post-experimental test scores of college badminton players’ smash stability and smash speed had very significant differences compared with the pre-experimental test scores(P<0.01).The conclusion is that 12 weeks of special strength training with elastic belt can improve the special quality and smash effect of college badminton players. |
