| The issue of educational equality is a hot issue in educational reform and even the whole society.The fairness of seat arrangement belongs to the educational fairness at the micro level as well as the educational fairness in the educational process.This study takes the seat arrangement of S high school as a case,and adopts questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis to investigate the current situation of the seat arrangement fairness in S high school,the sense of fairness between teachers and students,and the reasons for the unfair seat arrangement.(1)the existence of problems: objectively,there is a classroom interaction imbalance,the seat exchange cycle is too long,the amount of the class is too much,the teacher according to the student performance arrangement of seats and other problems.Subjectively,teachers and students have insufficient sense of fairness:they do not treat each other equally when they should be treated equally,the standard of differential treatment is unreasonable,and they think that sympathy equals compensation treatment.(2)cause analysis: one is the school is only the results of utilitarianism,such as the influence;Second,the evaluation of teachers and students is relatively single and unfair;Third,the students’ family capital also plays a certain role in seat arrangement.In view of the current situation of the investigation and its reasons,the author puts forward the strategies to promote the issue of seating arrangement equity for senior high school students: To construct and cultivate the concept of equity.First of all,we should construct the school’s concept of fairness.To eliminate the utilitarianism based on achievement,the formulation and implementation of school norms should involve students.Secondly,we should cultivate teachers’ concept of fairness.Teachers should strengthen the professional ethics and cultivation of teachers,so that teachers care for students become normal.Finally,cultivate students’ sense of fairness.Students should know themselves objectively and know others objectively.Create a fair external environment.To control the class size,the implementation of small class teaching;Based on the rice field seating arrangement should be diversified,comprehensive use of rotation,complementary results and other factors,as far as possible to reduce or even eliminate the unfairness of different seats;"Group","horseshoe","round table" and other seating modes can be considered for seating arrangement to make the seating arrangement more reasonable and fair.So as to promote the realization of education equity. |
