The arrangement of primary school students' seats is not an ordinary class management work,in fact there is a lot of knowledge.As far as schools are concerned,the arrangement of students' seats is the embodiment of the micro-internal environment of school education.For students,it is the embodiment of educational resources and educational opportunities;For teachers,it is the embodiment of educational management ability and teaching concept.Seating arrangement will directly affect students' learning,class style,teacher-student relationship,head teacher and even the image of the school in society.Seating arrangement may seem trivial,but it actually affects the individual growth of students,the overall development of the class,and even the reputation of the school.Classroom,as an important place for teachers and students to teach,plays an indispensable role in course teaching,and seat arrangement plays an extraordinary role in the classroom teaching environment.The success of the class depends on the key words "good time,place and people",which in this case refers to the seat.The key to "geographical location" is the proper seating arrangement.As an important component of classroom physical environment,the importance of seat arrangement has been paid more and more attention by educational researchers.The cohesiveness and centripetal force of a class depends on the scientific,reasonable and effective arrangement of students' seats.It plays an important role in creating a good class atmosphere,arousing students' learning enthusiasm,easing home-school conflicts and promoting students' physical and mental health development.This topic focuses on the study of seat arrangement in primary school classrooms.Through the classification and analysis of relevant literature,it is found that parents,teachers and students have different opinions on seat arrangement,and even have great conflicts.But the causes of the conflict are rarely discussed.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the study on the seating arrangement of primary school students.The purpose of this topic is to investigate the definition standard of "good seat" by parents,students and teachers.As the most direct contact and experience of classroom activities,teachers and students' feelings and ideas in seating arrangement are particularly important.Through literature research method,questionnaire method,interview survey method,classroom observation method and follow-up survey method,targeted parents,teachers,classmates and several local primary schools were investigated and analyzed.They obtained their definition standard of "good seat",studied different cognitive criteria,presented the performance of each type of conflict,and analyzed the causes of the conflict.Expected based on the research of the primary seat arrangement problem,to front-line teachers in seating arrangements to provide the reference on the subject,make seat as a resource,a lever,relieve the parents and students on the issue of conflict,at the same time of improve students' learning efficiency,enable students to fully healthy growth and development.
