With the social and economic development in Tibet, the Tibet Autonomous Regionof education are also more and more perfect. Special education in the Tibet AutonomousRegion as an important part of our national education career began to flourish. Tibet inthe initial state special education, there are many problems, including the problems ofspecial education teacher training to be solved: the shortage of teachers, the overall levelof low degree of specialization, imperfect job training, etc., must be resolved as soon aspossible to do a good job in special education problems. In reality, I think that Tibet’sspecial education teacher training should start from the three aspects of trainingobjectives, training methods, curriculum do pre-employment training; study from theperfect teacher post-training in the form of content, and then improve the entire trainingsystem.This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, theproposed research to define the concept of this article summarized the domestic andinternational research, research methods and research to clarify the meaning of; secondchapter from not more than types of angles discussed the necessity and feasibility ofTibet’s special education teacher training; Chapter to multiple channels to collect data toanalyze the status quo of the special education and teacher in Tibet, Tibet specialeducation teacher training pre culture in a blank state, special education teacher singletype of post-training way imperfect Tibet’s geographical environment, economic,religious, and then combined with analysis of the causes; fourth chapter is based on thetraining objectives, training methods, the three aspects of the curriculum continuity ofelaborate Tibetan special education teacher pre-service training, advice and strategiesproposed for the objective conditions of Tibet localization; discussions and on-the-jobtraining of special education teachers in Tibet, the proposed job training need to enrichthe form of training, to enhance job training the establishment of training institutions inthe Tibet Autonomous Region, and targeted countermeasures to strengthen school-basedtraining. The fifth chapter is part of the conclusion of the article.
