| In recent years,as the number of people with autism continues to grow,the social problems caused by this special population are also attracting widespread attention from all walks of life.At present,there are still many deficiencies and gaps in the research on autism in China.From the perspective of age,the existing research mainly focuses on young children,and there is less attention to the rehabilitation research and behavior training of adolescents.Look,there is more research on interpersonal communication and behavior training,and less research on gender awareness and gender communication.Adolescents with autism who are in rapid growth and development have practical educational needs for gender education.Therefore,paying attention to and conducting research on gender education for autistic teenagers is of great significance to the future socialization process of autistic teenagers.This study takes the autistic adolescents in M autism rehabilitation institution in Wuhan as the research object,uses gender development theory as a support,uses social group methods to provide social work services,and comprehensively uses structured teaching and visual support in the service process.Professional skills in the field of social work such as strategy,social story method,positive behavior analysis method,etc.,enrich the form of group activities,allow the client to increase gender knowledge in diverse learning,improve social behavior,and provide socialization for individuals with autism.Help.The service process is mainly divided into physiological gender cognitive learning-establishing gender gender identity-interpersonal communication in accordance with gender roles is carried out in three stages,and the group work is evaluated through process evaluation and effect evaluation.The level of knowledge,self-protection awareness,and inappropriate communicative behavior correction have all been improved,and the sense of rules and teamwork in the group have also been enhanced to a certain extent.Studies have shown that adolescents with autism have different degrees of improvement in physiological gender cognition,gender role identity,intersex interpersonal communication,etc.The socialization group has certain applicability in intervening in gender education for autistic youth.At the same time,this study summarizes the practical experience of the socialization team,and also leaves practical reference for the social work involved in the field of gender education for special youth.This study finally analyzed the applicability,reproducibility and limitations of the socialization team’s involvement in the autistic group of adolescents,and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement. |
