| Today,the theme of education in the new era is to promote equity and improve quality,and people’s demand for quality education is growing.Compulsory education,as a basic education project to improve the quality of the whole people,must inevitably practice educational equity and improve the quality of education.Therefore,comprehensively promoting the balanced development of compulsory education has become a new historical task.As 92.7% of the counties(districts)across the country achieve a basically balanced compulsory education at the county level,each county(district)solidly consolidates the development results of the basic and balanced compulsory education,and regards the realization of high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education at the county level as the higher goal of balanced development.This article selects Linchuan District of Jiangxi Province as the research object,based on the research results of balanced development of compulsory education at home and abroad,and clarifies the theory of balanced development of compulsory education at county level.Through survey questionnaires and interviews,grasp the status of balanced development of compulsory education in the district,summarize its important measures and achievements during the period of consolidation and consolidation of compulsory education,and try to analyze the main problems in the balanced development of compulsory education in the district.Propose countermeasures for high-quality and balanced development of obligations.The survey found that Linchuan District has innovated the supervision mode;increased education investment;improved the "control of dropouts and guarantee education";established the construction of teachers’ morality and ethics;co-established characteristic campuses with colleges and universities,and achieved remarkable results during the compulsory education’s basically balanced development and consolidation.Its results are mainly reflected in: more reasonable educational development planning;urban-rural education conditions tend to be balanced;the construction of teaching staff has been strengthened;the effectiveness of standardized school-run behavior has been remarkable;the quality of education and teaching has been steadily improved.Through analysis,the main problems that need to be solved in the process of promoting the balanced development of compulsory education are as follows: large class sizes and large school sizes are obvious in urban areas,and the quality of education is affected;there are still certain gaps in the conditions for running schools in urban and rural areas;the structure of teachers is uneven,and teachers Professional development needs to be strengthened,and teachers’ scientific research capabilities need to be improved.Aiming at the problems existing in the balanced development of compulsory education in Linchuan District,the author draws on theories and practical experience at home and abroad,and tries to put forward ideas and suggestions for promoting high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in Linchuan District and even other parts of the country: we need to improve the standardization of schools and comprehensively improve the conditions for running schools in urban and rural areas;we must optimize the balanced allocation of teachers and improve the construction of teachers;we must improve the level of connotative development of schools and improve the quality of education. |
