Research On The Obstacles And Countermeasures Of Guangxi Rural College Students Returning To Pioneerin Business

At the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the cultivation of new farmers and provide a lot of talent support to promote the leap-forward development of the countryside.The effect is not very satisfactory,and it is not adaptable enough.Therefore,it is necessary to encourage college students with higher education to return to their hometowns to work and introduce talents,especially rural college students.The return of rural college students to start businesses is not only very broad;The structure of rural talents will be further optimized to promote the better development of new rural construction.Rural college students have great advantages in rural entrepreneurship,but the actual situation of rural college students returning home to start businesses is not optimistic.In the process of entrepreneurship,they are affected and restricted by many factors,and to ensure that rural college students return home to start businesses smoothly,Need to understand its obstacles,and then research and formulate effective solutions to ensure the smooth progress of its entrepreneurial activities.In this study,through reading and sorting out the domestic and foreign literature on photonics,combined with local reality,taking rural college students from some colleges and universities in Guangxi as the research object,through a questionnaire survey,Use the social science statistical software package SPSS23 for data entry and descriptive statistical analysis for descriptive statistical analysis of the data obtained,the study found:1.In terms of government support and guarantee,there are single policy propaganda methods,low propaganda awareness,weak propaganda power,imperfect policy system,low service level of relevant service organizations,and chaotic grassroots management.2.There is a single source of entrepreneurial funds in the guarantee of venture capital,difficulties in replenishing funds in the process of entrepreneurship,cumbersome bank loan procedures,high conditions,and little government subsidy.3.In terms of entrepreneurial technology security,there is a lack of comprehensive entrepreneurial quality in entrepreneurship,lack of technical guidance,and scarcity of enterprise management talents.4.In terms of entrepreneurial hardware facilities,there are few entrepreneurial parks that do not meet the entrepreneurial needs of entrepreneurs,imperfect infrastructure construction,and imbalanced supply and demand.Solving the problems of Guang xi rural college students returning to their hometowns and starting a business mainly starts from four aspects:1.Government: Establish and improve the entrepreneurial policy system.Does a good job of policy publicity,improve the service awareness and management level of grassroots cadres,strengthen and improve rural infrastructure construction,create a good entrepreneurial environment,and provide entrepreneurial incentives to entrepreneurs returning to their hometowns.2.Colleges and universities: enhance the strength of college teachers,improve entrepreneurship teaching models,and build and improve the entrepreneurship curriculum system.3.Society: Broaden the funding channels for college students to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and create a good entrepreneurial atmosphere.4.Individual: improve the overall quality,maintain the friendly relationship between relatives and other groups in the society,Strengthen the understanding of policies and strengthen the learning of their own entrepreneurial knowledge.
