Since the hot recruitment,the quality of students varies,which adds a lot of difficulties to the education management and personnel training of secondary vocational schools.Secondary Vocational schools pay more attention to the cultivation of majors and skills in the cultivation of talents,and neglect the promotion of students’ humanistic qualities,students have good professional skills but lack of self-control,weak professional consciousness,poor professional psychological quality and low humanistic accomplishment.With the "school-enterprise cooperation,work-study alternation" talent training model,to the class management has increased the difficulty.And the theme Class Meeting of Secondary Vocational School is one of the effective carriers for the class supervisor to carry out class management.Its remarkable characteristic is to carry on the ideological education and the comprehensive quality training to the students,how to innovate the organization and development mode of the traditional theme class meeting and help to improve the quality of personnel training is a problem worthy of attention and research.Based on the status situation of emphasizing skills rather than cultivation in the talent training mode of secondary vocational schools,the study is guided by the function and value of the theme class meeting,and is guided by Jean Piaget’s Constructivist learning theory,Edwin of Rock’s goal setting theory is the theoretical basis,mainly through the study of Guangzhou G secondary vocational schools of teachers and students on the implementation and management of the theme Class Meeting,in order to enrich the implementation of secondary vocational school theme Class Management and help the quality of secondary vocational personnel training.The paper is divided into eight parts:The first part puts forward the research background,significance and train of thought,and combs the current domestic and international research status through the literature.The second part explains the main concepts and theoretical basis of the research on the theme Class Meeting in Secondary Vocational schools.The third part puts forward the design standards and principles of the themeClass Meeting in Secondary Vocational schools.The fourth part collects and analyzes the data through the questionnaire and the on-the-spot interview research to 1081 students and 32 headteachers of G Secondary Vocational School of Guangzhou.The fifth part summarizes the problems existing in the theme class meeting of secondary vocational schools,such as the theme does not show the characteristics of vocational education,the form design is not integrated into the educational situation,the content is divorced from the actual needs of students,the conclusion and reflection is not good,the management and evaluation mechanism is not perfect,and so on,and the cause of formation is analyzed.The sixth part,aiming at the causes,puts forward the optimized countermeasures from four aspects: Perfecting the school management mechanism,improving the teacher-in-charge’s professional quality,designing the theme Class Meeting to display the vocational education characteristics,carrying out and summarizing the theme to deepen the educational effect.The seventh part in-depth analysis of the educational effectiveness of a theme class meeting implementation of a case,forming a theme class meeting effective implementation of management model.The eighth part elaborates the research conclusion and the improvement direction of this article.
