Vocational Educaiton palys a very important role in our education system.In China, Six departments of the State Council jointly issued the "Modern Vocational Education System Planning (214-2020) after the seventh meeting of vocation education in 2014. As this background, China issued a series of relevant policies to promote the development of vocational education.Teachers’ team building is the most important issue of vocational education development.As I worked in the first line of vocational education for several years, I can easily experience the good and bad things of vocational education in daily work. But in view of the seriousness of the thesis, the paper will be of extensive research literature collect, sort out issues from the literature. This paper will will study and analyze the typical international experience, as vocational education is popular in the world and doing excellent in some typical countries. While focusing ourvocational education system, the relational between vocational educaitong and economic development, so the study of vocational education is inseparable from the social environment, and so make the analysis of vocational education in different periods is very necessary.In this paper, research methods including literature research, international comparative, different time period research, survey research and analysis. Finally, focusd on the school where the author works. Study the case of a school’s teacher’s team building. Actual, the paper makes some constructive suggestiongs.In the worldwide case study, the paper makes some research about Germany, the United States and the Taiwan zone. Finally it makes some constructive policies for China to improve the vocational education.Finally, a case study of M school in Fcity, after a series of questions’ survey analysis, we make some conclusion, and after worldwide case study, we make some points about "The Integration of Theory and Practice".
