Nowadays,secondary vocational education has occupied an important position in China’s vocational education,and the secondary vocational education system is responsible for training a group of skilled and high-quality talents for the country.Therefore,the career ideal of middle school students is not only related to their future career prospect planning and development,but also has an important impact on the healthy development of China’s entire economy and society,and the formation of vocational ideals is closely related to the life view,values and world view of secondary vocational students.Setting up professional ideal is beneficial for secondary vocational students to clarify their career development direction and goal,improve their consciousness of professional study,and promote secondary vocational students to realize the value of life and establish ideals and beliefs.Therefore,secondary vocational colleges should strengthen the students’ vocational ideal education not only to implement and promote the urgent needs of modernization of our country,to promote the development of vocational quality education,but also to promote the comprehensive development of secondary vocational students an important way.Therefore,for how to lead our secondary vocational students to realize their own professional ideals and development,guide secondary vocational students to firmly establish the correct professional ideals,the current situation of secondary vocational students’ professional ideals has become the most important in China’s secondary vocational education.To this end,the paper takes the students of some vocational colleges in Anhui Province as the research object,carries on the relevant research on its own career ideal,tries to provide effective countermeasures and suggestions,to help the middle vocational college guide the middle vocational students to establish the correct professional ideal.Through the introduction part,this paper mainly discusses the background and significance of the topic selection,the current situation of research at home and abroad,the content and methods of research,innovation and deficiency.Through investigation and analysis of the current stage of vocational students’ professional ideal status quo found that secondary vocational students have clear career goals,more obvious intention of employment,strong sense of self-employment,but there are relatively weak professional confidence,inadequate career planning,lack of professional awareness and other problems.Based on four different aspects: society,school,family and individual students,it is found that the main reasons for the problems in the vocational ideals of secondary vocational students are: the implicit influence of diversified values on the formation of vocational ideals of secondary vocational students,and the employment situation and competitive environment of the society have a great impact on secondary vocational students;The basic situation of the family affects the development process of vocational education,and the family’s educational method also has some influence on the content of vocational education,and the individual students also have problems such as weak learning willpower,poor self-control,lack of selfawareness,lack of self-confidence,high positioning of career goals and insufficient practical ability.In order to perfect the cultivation of vocational ideals of secondary vocational students,we should improve the students’ main consciousness,optimize the school education mode,perfect the environment of family education and create a harmonious society environment,understand the confusion in the professional ideals of secondary vocational students through the joint role of many parties,and help middle school students to establish lofty and firm professional ideals.
