Status Analysis And Countermeasure Research On Master Of Secondary Vocational Teachers In Jiangxi Province

On-the-job master’s degree of vocational teachers is a special training form ofgraduate education, it is also a new thing in graduate education development since2000.On-the-job master’s degree of vocational teachers is approved by the Academic DegreesCommittee of the State Council, on the basis of argumentation and research by experts andscholars at home and abroad. It has been more than ten years since the pilot was carried out.The focus of on-the-job master’s degree of vocational teachers-oriented secondaryvocational school teachers which is a special group, is comprehensively to improve theideological and political quality of the teachers in secondary vocational schools, and alsothe level of business, the teaching ability and level of expertise. The purpose of on-the-jobmaster’s degree of vocational teachers is training more young professional backboneteachers and professional leaders for our country to promote the development of vocationaleducation in China, then that will be better to serve economic and social development forour country.On the whole, the paper expounds background of the topics, the review of relatedresearch at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of the study, the basic idea ofthe research, the basic research methods, the research innovation and the definition ofrelated concepts. This section provides an analytical framework for the full text. Then theresearch made analysis of demand factors for on-the-job master’s degree of vocationalteachers of Jiangxi Province and find the related factors. At the same time, with thevocational master training as the starting point, I gathered some relevant information anddocumentation, then send many of questionnaires, did some individual interviews andsurvey to analyze the present situation of on-the-job master’s degree of vocational teachers.Then I find out all aspects of the problems and shortcomings in the training of on-the-jobmaster’s degree of vocational teachers, which provide a realistic basis for the research. Inthe following chapter, I summarized the features of foreign training of vocational teachersand analyzed the main features of the foreign part-time master. That will provideinspiration and reference for the training of vocational teachers. After the analysis of thesituation and problems, the comparative study between foreign and domestic, the paperwill put forward constructive suggestions for on-the-job master’s degree of vocationalteachers. Then to build a set of training mode of on-the-job master’s degree of vocationalteachers which conform to the province-circumstance and be characteristic.
