| Aggressive behavior in children is an antisocial behavior that has been widely concerned by educators and psychologists.Various studies have shown that the development of children’s aggressive behavior can affect their personality,sociality and morality seriously.Aggressive behavior could not only have a long-term negative impact on the the attacker’s adaptive ability,but also causes harm to others and the society.Hence,it is particularly significant to explore and reveal the influencing factors and mechanism of children’s aggressive behaviors.In this study,we adopted questionnaire survey methods and other research methods to explore the development characteristics of aggressive behavior in senior preschool children and the relationship among children’s aggressive behavior,parenting style,infant attachment and self-control abilities.These are also the specific contents of this study.This study adopted Crick’s et al.(1997)external aggression sub-scales and relational aggression sub-scales of the preschool social behavior scale(teachers edition PSBS-T),Yang LZ’s ’Parenting Style Questionnaire’,Hong PP’s’Infant attachment questionnaire’,Dong GH’s‘self-control teacher assessment questionnaire for 3-5 year old children’ as this research tools.Meanwhile,the cluster sampling method was adopted to select 400 participants from the north and south of Jiangxi Province for the research,and the effective subjects were 369.The collected data were processed with SPSS22.0.On the basis of those facts we can draw the following conclusions:1.There were significant gender differences in senior preschool children’s aggressive behavior,with boys having more external and relationship aggression than girls.2.Correlation analysis indicated that significant negative correlation was existed between external aggression and the democratic dimension of parenting style;social active of infant attachment is positively correlated with the external aggression of chil dren,and the smooth interaction is negatively correlated with the external aggression of children.3.Correlation analysis showed that extremely significant negative correlation was existed between external,relational aggression and continence,consciousness,persistence and self-delay of gratification dimensions of self-control abilities.Regression analysis showed that conscientiousness can significantly negatively predict external and relationship aggression.continence,persistence and self-delay of gratification could not significantly predict the occurrence of external and relationship aggression.4.Consciousness dimension of self-control abilities plays a partial intermediary part between the democratic dimension of parenting style and external aggression behavior;Consciousness dimension of self-control abilities worked as the complete intermediary variable between social activity,interaction smoothness dimensions of infant attachment and external aggression;The dimensions of interaction smoothness and self-consciousness of infant attachment and self-control abilities have a chain mediated effect between the democratic dimension of parenting style and external aggression.Based on the above research conclusions,we proposed the following suggestions.In the aspect of family education,parents not only should improve their own quality and parenting concept,but also should take account into children’s own temperament when they offer suitable parenting methods and high quality companion.In addition,kindergartens strive to develop a kindergarten-based teaching research and update the way and content of home cooperation.And there is a strong educational synergy between kindergarten and family.Moreover,teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of children’s empathic ability,and then promote the development of children’s self-control result in the reduction of their aggressive behavior. |
