| In recent years,the CPC Central Committee has issued policy documents such as "Opinions on Further Promoting the Support of Migrant Workers and Other Personnel to Return to the Countryside for Entrepreneurship","Several Opinions on Adhering to Priority Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas and Doing a Good Job in Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers" and other policy documents to support all types of personnel Returning to the countryside to start a business,activate the internal elements of the countryside,drive employment with entrepreneurship,and promote the development of the rural economy.The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy needs the strong support of all kinds of talents.As a group that has received professional knowledge education and entrepreneurship education,agricultural college students have a strong sense of innovation and responsibility,and have the ability of rural entrepreneurship.Agricultural college students should follow the trend of the times,respond to the call of the state,go deep into rural entrepreneurship,and make contributions to rural development.Entrepreneurial behavior originates from entrepreneurial willingness.When agricultural college students are encouraged to go deep into rural entrepreneurship,they should first enhance their rural entrepreneurial willingness.Therefore,the research on the influencing factors of rural entrepreneurial willingness of agricultural college students will play a certain role in promoting rural economic development and Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on the literature review of entrepreneurship and rural entrepreneurship at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of rural entrepreneurship and agricultural colleges,and on the basis of the theory of planned behavior,Maslow level demand theory and Schulz human capital theory,this paper takes 499 students from two agricultural colleges in Chengdu as the research object,and carries out a questionnaire survey of rural entrepreneurship willingness of agricultural college students.Based on the survey data,descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the willingness of such subjects to start businesses in rural areas,and using spss22.0 software to carry out binary logistic regression analysis of the data,to study the influencing factors of rural entrepreneurial willingness of agricultural college students,and found that the following factors have a significant impact on rural entrepreneurial willingness of Agricultural College Students:personal characteristics,college,student source and off campus internship experience(part-time);family income and family support in family characteristics;entrepreneurship education factors,including participation in entrepreneurship training,self-study of rural entrepreneurship books and interest in entrepreneurship training;self-efficacy,with unique ideas for entrepreneurship;entrepreneurship motivation,for the achievement of a career;entrepreneurship environment,rural entrepreneurship policy,rural infrastructure construction and rural customs Change.Based on the analysis of the overall sample data,this paper makes a binary logistic regression analysis of the sample of Sichuan Agricultural University and the sample of Chengdu Agricultural Science and Technology Vocational College,and compares the similarities and differences of the factors that affect the willingness of Rural Entrepreneurship of the two agricultural college students.It is found that the factors such as participating in the off campus internship(part-time),family support for rural entrepreneurship have an impact on the students of the two schools There are significant effects on the entrepreneurial willingness of the students in the two colleges,such as the source of students,the annual income of families,the ability to deal with emergencies,rural customs and culture.In view of the above research conclusions,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward from four aspects:individual,family,school and government. |
