| The problem of rural teacher training has always been the focus and difficulty of rural education development in China.In the eyes of some people,the countryside seems to be a synonym for spiritual poverty.Many rural teachers are repelling and prejudiced against the countryside.The rural culture bearing the material and spiritual values is being gradually eliminated,and people’s identity crisis towards the rural culture is growing day by day.In the academic field,there is a lack of research on the cultivation of rural cultural identity of rural teachers,and there is a problem of insufficient cognition and practice of rural cultural identity of the government-funded directional normal students.However,good local knowledge reserve and local cultural awareness are the essential qualities of rural teachers,and also the catalyst to improve rural identity and enthusiasm for education.Based on the research background and the social status quo,the author hopes to explore the status quo of the local cultural identity of the government-funded directional normal students,and give the targeted cultivation countermeasures according to the research results.In this article,the author adopted literature method,questionnaire survey method,interviews and other research methods,research process: Firstly,through the theoretical analysis to establish theoretical model,this study is based on the object elements,life force to drive as the guidance,education mode,the ideal state as the goal,the formation of directional students at public expense system in the cultivation of local cultural identity;Then,Research on the status quo of local cultural identity of the government-funded directional normal students;Thirdly,the author summarizes the cultivation strategies of local cultural identity according to the research results.The research conclusion of this paper is as follows: at the level of object elements of rural cultural identity of the government-funded directional normal students,there are such problems as rejection of rural life,lack of political cognition,contempt for cultural historical materials and lack of behavioral support.At the level of life drive,there are problems such as superficial cognition,emotional differentiation,value imbalance and negative behavior.In the aspect of educational synergy,there are some problems such as biased family values,scattered school cultivation system,indifferent community cultural atmosphere and lagging government cultural construction.Therefore,it presents the dilemma of local cultural identity,alienation from people,pursuit of utility and neglect of practice.In view of the above problems,The author puts forward some countermeasures to cultivate the local cultural identity of unidirectional normal university students at public expense: "To inherit the meaning of public funds and stick to local self-confidence;To improve the aesthetic taste and balance the understanding and action;To make the education joint force cohesion and carry on the four in one cultivation;To restore the soul to the simple and free thought beyond."... |
