| Rural directional normal students,as an important reserve based on the development of rural education,their deep sense of identity with rural culture is an important driving force for them to take root in rural education,as well as the key to help them form rural education feelings.Improving rural cultural identity of rural directional normal students is helpful to enhance their love for rural education and provide strong spiritual motivation for their professional studies.At the same time,it is also helpful to elevate the quality of village education and close the gap between urban and rural education.This study first defines the core concepts of rural directional normal students,rural culture and cultural identity,and holds that rural cultural identity means that people have certain cognition,understanding,acceptance and affirmation of rural culture,acceptance and recognition of rural material culture and organizational system,and stick to and inherit the common cultural behaviors and cultural concepts accumulated over a long period of time.Combined with relevant studies,this paper divides the research on rural directional normal students’ rural cultural identity into three dimensions:cognition,emotion and behavior.And from the objectives of training procedure,classroom teaching,school life,practical teaching,curriculum design and other five aspects of rural directional normal students and the training situation of rural cultural identity was investigated and studied.This article selects Y university J institute of rural directional normal students as the research object,with the methods of combination of questionnaire and interview.On the analysis of the cultivation and identity situation of rural culture of rural directional students,which finds that the rural cultural identity of rural directional normal students is low:The cognition of village culture for rural directional normal students is vague;Rural directional normal students have a low sense of love for rural culture;There are contradictions in knowledge,feeling and behavior of rural directional normal students.There are also some problems in the process of training:Training goals rarely involve the cultivation of rural directional normal students with "local feelings";The infiltration of local culture in classroom teaching is simple;Campus activities are less related to rural cultural themes;The practice teaching lacks the guidance to the rural culture study of normal students;Lack of curriculum to promote rural cultural identity of normal students.In view of these problems,the author analyzes the reasons and puts forward some strategies:Developing the rural economy vigorously and increasing the investment in rural cultural career;Reshaping the value of rural culture and promoting the construction of local culture;Relying on mass media to propagate local culture.Normal university should reform the way of selection and strengthen the guidance of enrollment education;Optimizing the course structure and integrating the local cultural resources into classroom teaching;Paying attention to penetration of rural culture into teaching practice and enriching the assessment methods;Carrying out rich and colorful campus cultural activities and building a suitable campus culture. |
