Research On The Construction Of Financial Informatization Platform Of GM School Based On Project Management

In June 2014,the State Council issued a decision on accelerating the development of modern vocational education,and comprehensively planned to accelerate the development of modern vocational education.Due to the increased state investment in vocational education,the development of vocational education has received major opportunities for development.In order to seize good opportunities,GM schools have adopted measures such as expanding the number of students enrolled,improving the conditions for running schools,and recruiting talents.These have led to the rapid expansion of GM schools,increasing financial workload and work difficulties,and establishing financial informatization is imperative.With the further development of information technology and network technology,the existing problems in the financial information construction of GM schools have gradually become apparent: a single financial software in the financial department,and some financial software is missing or imperfect;Financial software and each functional department are isolated from each other,the platform construction lacks a unified interface,and resources can not be shared;The internal control mechanism of finance department is weak;There is hidden danger of financial security in financial management.Excessive reliance on software vendors;Managers lack of understanding of financial informatization construction and do not pay enough attention to it;Lack of information technology personnel.These problems have seriously hampered the development of schools.Therefore,only a financial information management platform that establishes and improves financial informatization and links the financial system with systems in other functional departments,strengthens the construction of internal control mechanisms and talents,changes leadership concepts,and continuously improves the level of financial services and the quality of financial services.Can meet the current internal and external environment needs for the continuous development of the school to provide a strong financial security.This paper first expounds the background and significance of financial informatization construction in colleges and universities,describes the current research situation at home and abroad and comments on it.Secondly,on the basis of reading a lot of literature,this paper introduces the related theories of financial informatization,project management and their contents.Thirdly,taking GM School as the research object andcombining with the specific situation of my financial work in the school,this paper analyzes the current situation of financial informatization construction by using the field research method,and discusses the existing problems in it.Then it puts forward the construction goal and function design of the financial informatization construction of the school.Then,in order to ensure the smooth construction of the financial information construction of GM schools,technology alone can not be realized,and it also needs to be effectively managed using scientific project management methods.In this paper,we choose two important aspects of informatization project,namely scope management and progress management,to effectively manage the project.Finally,this article aims to ensure the effective implementation of financial informatization construction from the aspects of organization structure,responsibility distribution,internal control mechanism,talent team and risk management.
