Based on the theory and practice rules of competitive weightlifting sports,the data of training load arrangement,training contents and pre competition adjustment of Xiang Qiuxiang,an excellent female weightlifter in Shanxi Province,were systematically collated and analyzed,so as to draw out the training effect of Xiang Qiuxiang in the different training stages of the annual training plan of Shanxi excellent weightlifting team member.The results and characteristics,as well as the scientific arrangement of the annual training plan,try to explore the rules of the competitive ability and training characteristics of women weightlifters suitable for the59 kg level,so as to provide some references for the weightlifting coaches in the future annual training of women weightlifters of the 59 kg level.Research method:The research object of this paper is the annual training characteristics of Xiang Qiuxiang,an excellent female weightlifter in Shaanxi Province,from November 5,2018 to September 15,2019.The research methods are mainly literature,observation,expert interview and mathematical statistics.Research findings:The coach’s annual training plan for athletes centers on the National Women’s Weightlifting Championships in the first half of 2019 and the National Women’s Weightlifting Championships in the second half of 2019,namely the two cycle training plan.In the annual training,the arrangement of training contents of athletes is reasonable and effective.The results of snatch and clean and jerk of athletes are steadily improved and reach a higher level in China.In terms of training load,coaches arrange the athletes’ load slightly higher in the pre competition training stage during the winter training period,so that the athletes’ physical state can not be adjusted to the best state before the competition,which may eventually affect the training effect and competition results.Research conclusion:1.In terms of training plan,winter training period and summer training period are two major periods for training,and the training load is arranged according to the training plan of "two big and one small".2.The arrangement of training contents is reasonable,and the performance of athletes’ training actions is steadily improved.3.In terms of training load,the arrangement of annual training load will change in different periods.In the third stage,the intensity and quantity of training load willreach a high level.Although athletes complete the training plan in this stage,the training load is easy to be on the high side,which is easy to cause excessive fatigue accumulation in sports training.In this stage,physiological and biochemical monitoring and training load monitoring should be strengthened Adjust time.
