Weightlifting is a traditional advantage project of China's athletic sports,especially the women's weightlifting team has a reputation as a “dream team” and won three gold medals in the London Olympics.Li Xueying grabbed 108 kilograms of snatch and 138 kilograms of clean and jerk to win the women's 58 kilogram gold medal in the London Olympics,and broke the two Olympic records of the snatch and total score of the project.The scientific training provided a solid guarantee for Li Xueying's gold medal.Pre-competition training,as a key part of competition preparation,comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of training arrangements before the competition and finds out the commonness and personality in the training process.It provides a realistic basis for the training of excellent weightlifters in the pre-race training load and intensity.We will develop weightlifting projects in the direction of quantitative control and get rid of qualitative control led by subjective experience.In this study,the content,load,weight control and training recovery of weightlifting athlete Li Xueying preparing for the pre-game training of the Olympic Games were studied with case analysis,expert interviews,and literature materials.conclusion as below:(1)Weightlifting athlete Li Xueying prepares for pre-game training in the London Olympics.Starting from July 30 th,2012 as the starting point,he will push forward for six weeks as a pre-game training phase.Training schedules are organized on a weekly basis,Monday-Saturday training,and rest on Sundays.Training content consists of specialized technical training and supplementary training.Snatch and jerk training once or twice a week.Snatching and jerk training are generally held in the same training session.(2)Heavy-duty training classes every Tuesday or Wednesday,with slightly smaller loads on Thursday and Friday as an adjustment.Arrange special technical training on Saturdays.In the fifth and fourth weeks before the match,the load was the largest,reaching 73,213 kg and 65,610 kg.The average load is 12202 kg and 10935 kg.Two snatches and jerk technical training were conducted during the match week.The load of the competition week was 6488 kg and was at a moderate load.(3)Snatching and jerk technical training In addition to the increase in strength and load in the high-intensity training course in the fifth week before the match,the load intensity and amount in other training weeks generally do not increase at the same time.During the match week,a snatch training class was added,resulting in a large load of snatch training.In the nine special technical trainings before the match,the average training intensity coefficient of snatch and jerk was 83.6% and 82.8%,respectively.(4)Li Xueying took a step-by-step approach to weight control before the game,and just reached the weight requirement during the game.The specific approach is to begin to control the weight one month before the competition and control it within 3kg of the competition level,ie within 61 kg,and gradually reduce the weight.
