Nowadays,people’s awareness of fitness is increasing,and more and more people are willing to go to fitness clubs to exercise.According to incomplete statistics,the number of fitness clubs in xi ’an has soared in the past three years,especially those near residential areas.At the same time,in order to enable xi ’an fitness club to have a long-term development road,it must standardize management,pay attention to the importance of the club,the salary system will continue to improve to attract and retain excellent coaches.For fitness clubs,only by strengthening the salary management of coaches and putting the establishment of the salary system in the first place can coaches be better encouraged to create more profits for fitness clubs.Based on the theory of compensation,compensation satisfaction,compensation system diagnosis theory as the theoretical basis,combined with the related research results,research on current situation of xi ’an fitness club coaches pay system,through the questionnaire,interview,data collection method to fitness club coaches pay system of existing satisfaction questionnaire,and the diagnosis of external competitiveness comparison research,found xi ’an fitness club pay overall satisfaction is low,the compensation system design is unreasonable and lack of internal equity,the overall problem such as low wages and lack of external competitiveness.This study through the compensation system of theory and the establishment of the compensation methods to solve the problem,to xi ’an fitness club coaches the current compensation system of basic wages,floating salary,benefits and compensation of non-material incentives,etc was improved,and human resources staff professional ability through ascension,to set up the compensation communication channels,conduct propaganda training,constantly improve the compensation system of the club.
