Research purposes: whether different delivery methods have different effects on children’s movement development deserves further exploration.Research objects and methods: 400 children aged 3-6 years were selected,of which 50 were male and 50 were female in each age group.By using the methods of literature, test, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the test indexes of children’s gross movements(including movement and operational movements)and fine movements were quantified and compared.Results:1.3-6 the scores of gross and fine movements of children in natural childbirth of all ages are higher than those of children in cesarean section;the scores of children in gross and fine movements are mainly concentrated in the middle and high score areas, while the scores of fine movements are mainly in the low score areas.2.The difference of mobility skills between 3-5 year-old children with natural delivery and those with cesarean delivery is very significant with age(≥6 months)(p<0.01).at the same time,it is found that the difference of mobility skills of 6 year-old children decreases. The difference in operational skills of 3-6 years old natural childbirth is very significant with age(≥6 months)(p<0.01).The difference in operational skills of 3-5 years old children with cesarean delivery increases with age(≥6 months),but the difference between 6 years old children is not significant. There was no significant difference in fine motor skills between3-5 years old children who gave birth naturally and those who gave birth after cesarean section with age(≥6 months). At the same time, the difference in fine motor skills between 6years old children increased.3.The comparative analysis of children’s movement skills of different genders in natural delivery and cesarean delivery shows that there is no significant difference in other movement skills except for the post test of children’s operation skills in cesarean delivery(P < 0.05).4.The pre and post test growth of mobility movement skills and operability movement skills: there is a downward trend in 5-6-year-old children with natural childbirth, and an upward trend in 3-5-year-old children with cesarean section;the growth of gross movement skills in 4-5-year-old children with cesarean section shows a downward trend. In contrast, the pre-and post measurement growth of fine movements of children in natural delivery and cesarean delivery showed a steady growth trend.Conclusion:1.With the growth of age,the level of motor skills of 3-6-year-old children keeps improving. In contrast, the level of motor skills of children born naturally is higher than that of children born by cesarean section, and the development speed of gross motor skills is faster and the improvement range is more obvious.2.3-6-year-old children’s gross motor skill level shows an inverted "U" type distribution, while the fine motor skill level shows a "Z" type distribution. In the development period of children’s movements,we should pay attention to the cultivation of children’s fine movements.3.3-6-year-old children with the growth of age, fine movement and age showed a linear increasing change. There is a significant positive correlation between mobility skills and operational skills.4.There is no gender difference in the development of gross and fine motor skills of3-6-year-old children.
