China’s vocational training industry has experienced 20 years of development,forming a situation of growing market and a large number of vocational training companies.In recent years,with the higher requirements of economic transformation and industrial upgrading for Vocational and technical talents,the state has issued a series of policies and measures to vigorously support the development of vocational training industry,and domestic vocational training has entered a new period of rapid development.As the vocational training market is becoming more and more mature,customers’ selectivity for training products is increasing,which promotes the transformation of training institutions from extensive to professional,and the market competition becomes more and more fierce.Among all kinds of vocational training institutions and education groups,a few medium-sized enterprises with large scale have strong competitiveness in the market,and the vast majority are small and micro training companies.For a small and micro vocational training company like XY vocational training company,although it has accumulated in the long-term operation,it is difficult to obtain the industry competitiveness due to the lack of core competence in the face of the new market environment.It is an important task for XY company how to choose and formulate appropriate strategies to find the development path for the enterprise.This paper takes XY vocational training company as the research object,takes strategic management theory as the theoretical basis,uses PEST analysis,Porter five forces model,SWOT analysis and other tools to analyze and study its development strategy,and puts forward suggestions on strategic implementation measures from the perspective of value chain.First of all,through the analysis of macro environment and industry environment,it summarizes the external opportunities and risks it faces,and finds the market opportunities in the subdivision field.Through on-the-spot investigation,the resources and capabilities of the enterprise are comprehensively analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise are obtained.Secondly,through SWOT analysis,four kinds of strategic combinations are formulated.Based on the vision,mission and values of the enterprise,XY company’s development strategy is selected to seize the external opportunities to overcome the disadvantages of the enterprise and seek for the development of the enterprise.Finally,through the analysis of XY company’s value chain,find out the key links of enterprise value acquisition,formulate XY company’s strategic path and strategy implementation guarantee strategy,ensure the smooth implementation of enterprise strategy,and provide support for the sustainable development of the company.
