Education is the cornerstone of the continuous development of the country and society,and China’s attention to education is increasing day by day.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people’s awareness of education,diversified and personalized education and training are vigorously pursued by people,which makes the private education market in China develop vigorously.However,with the influx of a large amount of capital,many unqualified "small workshops" training institutions also took the opportunity to make up for the number,promoting the wild growth of the whole private education market without standards and norms.In this regard,the state has made great efforts to regulate and supervise after-school training institutions in recent years.In 2021,China issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and After-school Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education（hereinafter referred to as "Double Reduction"）,with 8 aspects and 30 measures,all of which are of great importance.This also means that the private education market will face the storm and gradually build into a standardized and orderly development of the new market.FD Education Technology Company（hereinafter referred to as "FD Education"）is A private enterprise engaged in after-school training earlier in Dalian,which belongs to A Group.The main business scope includes K12 quality education training,discipline offline training and teaching platform research and development.Facing the rectification of national policies and the ongoing epidemic,FD education is facing a more difficult environment.It is very necessary for FD education to formulate a scientific enterprise development strategy according to the current situation,internal and external environment and the company’s future development goals.In this context,this paper focuses on the research topic of development strategy and takes FD education as the research object to carry out the corresponding investigation and research.Adopts the strategy for enterprise development,basic theory and research method of combining the development of practice education company,on the basis of FD for the business development of the education,using PEST model,porter five model and value chain analysis of FD education macro environment,industry environment and internal environment analysis,combining analysis of FD education strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,Thus put forward the long-and short-term strategic development goals of FD Education technology company.On the basis of long and short term strategic development goals,combined with the special situation of FD education’s own operation,we choose the intensive development strategy combining market penetration strategy,market development strategy and product development strategy.At the same time,specific and feasible four strategic measures have been formulated to comply with the development of the industry compliance education,rely on favorable policies to develop the market,consolidate the core resources to drive market development,and use the advantages of reputation to innovate products.And from the organization guarantee,personnel guarantee,system guarantee and cultural guarantee four levels of concrete guarantee measures,to ensure that the strategy can be successfully implemented.In the process of creation and research of this paper,the author consulted a large number of information,data and relevant literature in the education industry,in order to provide certain reference significance for the development of FD education and similar education enterprises.
