After years of continuous development and changes in Chinese society,the development of the education industry is particularly striking.Meanwhile,the off-campus training market has also made long-term development and progress,and at the same time,it has also obtained a lot of considerable development opportunities.Especially since the 1990 s,study abroad become a possibility,after school training English subject explosive growth in the market,coupled with the late mathematics especially Aoshu off-campus training market booming,also quickly brought the growth of the primary and secondary school outside the training institutions,relevant primary and secondary school outside the training institutions.Founded in 2016,S secondary and primary schools’ off-campus training institution occupies a large share of the off-campus training market in Shangrao city,and its various businesses are also developing very well.Based on S primary and secondary school training institutions,for example,mainly through typical case law and the methods of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,and based on the theory of STP theory,the 4 p theory,using PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,the training institutions facing the present situation and the corresponding difficulties and problems,from the perspective of marketing strategy are analyzed,at the same time puts forward some problems of the corresponding solutions,and supplemented by safeguard measures in this paper.In the main structure of the paper,the first step is to clarify the original point of the paper,research methods and related contents,research status and background significance at home and abroad,and the second step is to study the concept and theory of connection.Then the theory is described to some extent.Then to S primary and secondary school training organization’s current situation as the object of case study,the related special gather the relevant data and marketing strategy,guided by the PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,put forward the marketing strategy issues related to marketing strategy and the related problems were analyzed,and finally put forward the agency of targeted solutions in the future,and the corresponding marketing strategy.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the specific marketing strategy,this paper has carried on the elaboration of the relevant safeguard measures.
