| With the development and promotion of integrated education and children’s outdoor activities,outdoor activities for exceptional children’s campuses have gradually attracted attention and development.Outdoor activities are of great significance for the growth of children,especially for the exceptional children.Outdoor activities can not only enable exceptional children to learn motor skills and ability to express movements,but also enable them to develop the "functional" abilities they need in their daily lives.The in-depth research on the outdoor activities of exceptional children is of great significance for improving the quality of survival and development of exceptional children,developing exceptional children’s education,and enriching exceptional children’s campus activities.In this study,we invited 100 exceptional children’s parents and teachers from the first-tier special schools.We used self-made questionnaire、interviews and field observations records to learn about the status of outdoor activities development,analyzed the problems and influencing factors during the outdoor activities’ development,and we gave the specific advises according to these problems we collected.Through more detailed study,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)As can be seen from the survey,there’re still some problems existing in the exceptional children’s outdoor activities in spite of its well development.It’s praised that the majority of parents and teachers we interviewed hold supportive attitude towards outdoor activities,and most teachers got professional training after taking into office.But at the same time,children are not conscious of taking part in outdoor activities,and those activities they participate in are weak in form and content.Outdoor activities often being organized without organization and unity.Parents less participate in the development and scheme of exceptional children’s outdoor activities.(2)Based on the above status quo,four factors influencing the development of outdoor activities are analyzed: Firstly,the school don’t equip with enough related resources,which are mainly observable in the lack of equipment,sites and related training resources,and it’s obvious that the scarce resources can’t satisfy the need of the development of exceptional children’s outdoor activities.Secondly,teachers don’t get enough training,and they’re weak in cooperation awareness.The third,there’re not sufficient cooperation and communication between teachers and parents,parents less talk with teachers about exceptional children’s outdoor activities,most parents complain that they don’t get any related training,and parents themselves are unwilling to initiate to take part in the organization and plan of their children’s outdoor activities.Fourth of the influencing factors is the quality of outdoor activities teachers organized.Teachers can’t organize well.exceptional children don’t feel at ease when they take part in the outdoor activities.Teachers often lose sight of the exceptional children’s individual differences and the true need.(3)the final educational Suggestions are as follows: the school shall strengthen the publicity activities and resource allocation;The school increases the teacher training for outdoor activities for exceptional children in the campus,and teachers form cooperative relationships to enhance their own importance.To integrate the outdoor activities of exceptional children into the daily plan of the school and strengthen the communication and cooperation between teachers and parents;To promote the parents,through the parents of the school to exceptional children’s parents of the concept and the sense of cooperation to guide the promotion,set up the parents to participate in the campus outdoor activities of the correct concept and positive attitude,promote their active participation in the enthusiasm. |
