| Internet addiction refers to that individuals spend a long time on the Internet and have a strong dependence on the Internet.If they leave the Internet temporarily,they will experience a series of bad emotions,such as uneasiness and anxiety,which will have a very serious impact on their normal life,physical and mental condition and social communication.Internet addiction has become a public health problem faced by teenagers all over the world.High school students are young,addicted to the Internet will be bad for health and life experience,therefore,Internet addiction behavior of high school students is a problem worth studying.This study has 3 parts: the first part is to use Adolescent Pathological Internet Use Scale to investigate 2120 senior high school students to understand the current situation and peculiarity of Internet addiction;the second part is to use Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire,APIUS,Self-control Scale and Emotion Regulation Scale to examine the filiation among mindfulness,Internet addiction,self-control and emotion regulation in 2120 high school students;in Study 3,68 subjects from study 1 were divided into control group and experimental group,mindfulness interpose designed on the basis of Study 2 was performed on the experimental group to inquire into the intervention results of mindfulness training on Internet addiction in high school students.Findings of this study:(1)The score of Internet Addiction of high school students is below the middle level,and the proportion of Internet addiction is 11.6%.(2)There are gender and grade differences in high school students’ Internet addiction,but there is no significant difference in only child or non-only child.(3)There were significant correlations among mindfulness,self-control,emotion regulation and Internet addiction.Mindfulness has a significant negative effect on Internet addiction through the complete mediating effect of self-control and expression inhibition in emotion regulation.The intermediary role of self-control is dominant.(4)Mindfulness intervention can significantly improve the self-control ability of high school students,so as to improve the Internet addiction behavior. |
